My husband and I have been separated for 5 months after a four-year marriage. He had an affair and is now living with the OW. In addition, they are expecting a baby in October 2000. My husband and I also have an 8-month old son from the marriage. He now realizes what a blessing it was to have a virtuous wife and desperately wants our home and family back together. He knows that he will hurt the OW by leaving, but he says that he does not love her and does not want to continue to lead her on. But he has every intention on being there for his child.
I also want my marriage back. I honestly believe that things will be different this time. I have faith that God can heal all things and prayer can definitely break any stronghold. However, I must admit that I am apprehensive about the response of my family once they find out that our marriage may still survive. They are very hopeful that I will use this separation as an oppotunity to get a divorce and make a new beginning. They sincerely believe that my husband was not good for me and that we are unevenly yoked.
But I believe in Redemption and that my husband is a good man that lost his way from the path of righteousness. I believe that God wants this opportunity to use us in extraordinary ways. I believe he wants us to use our crisis to testify to other couples in trouble.
Please pray for me and lend me uplifting words!

Dear sister, you answered your own question [QUOTEE]I have faith that God can heal all things and prayer can definitely break any stronghold[/QUOTE] For with God NOTHING is impossible. Do what the Lord leads you to do. I know how hard it is to make such a big decision, especially when your family and friends give you conflicting opinions. What matters is what God is telling you to do. Pray that the Lord will give you the gift of discernment so you will know when He is speaking to you. I will be praying for you.
Lord , thank you for turning tjam8372's husband's heart towards his wife. Lord, please turn his heart to You. Guide him Lord down the path of Your will. Open the doors that lead him in Your direction and close those that lead him down the path of destruction. Please protect this husband and wife from any more attacks of the enemy Lord. Thank You Jesus, we firmly believe with all our hearts, minds, and souls that there is POWER IN THE BLOOD OF THE LAMB!! IJN I pray, AMEN
