Jesus, help us all to come to You for our needs. Divorce is against Your will and the first step in destroying a family, a community, a nation. Please have mercy on us, though we don't deserve it. Give us the grace we need to restore our marriages. We can't do it alone. We need You, Lord. The temptation to give up is overwhelming. The desire for some kind of justice or vengeance is too hard for us to handle. Please guide us Lord and bless RJHope in a special way tonight. It is so hard to desire reconciliation alone. Please let us do Your will, Lord and have the discernment to do it. Praise and glory to You during our trials. Amen.

Dear Lord, there isnt a day in every week that i dont want to give it all up and throw in the towel, but somehow your strenth prevails. I pray Lord Jesus that you would continue to strenthen us in our stands and teach us Lord to look past our circumstances and see you. The pain Lord blinds us and many of us are faced with so many impossible circumstances that only you can handle Lord. In the name of Jesus i ask that these mountains be removed. Hang in there! Easier said than done, I know. Be encouraged, read reponses on this site, read your bible and pray. Today was a bad day for me. I just felt like giving up.(that is what satan wants) I realized that I can't fix my marriage, only God can. So seek His will and trust in Him. There are a lot of us that are hurting and Jesus feels our pain. I will continually pray for you and the others on this forum. God loves you brother!

He steals our love of God, and one another. Satan loves to destroy. He particularly loves to destroy families. Do you know why? Because that is the symbol of God's relationship with us, as husband and wife. If Satan can destroy that, he can show the world, that quite possibly there IS NO GOD!! <P>I have read and seen miracles, true, life miracles. I am believing in God to perform one in my marriage. BUT God doesn't give us things the way the world gives it. The world belongs to the THIEF I mentioned. Everything in this world has a logical way of happening, often Satan's way. God's way is higher and more paradoxical (I hope that's a word!). What seems right, is often wrong in God's world. We die in order to live...that kind of thing. That's why we trust in God without seeing the results in front of us. Kinda like asking us to learn to trust our WS after this "event" has ended. We must learn to trust. We start by learning to trust God.<P>Look for and learn to recongnize God's hand in all things. After awhile, you will see Him. God wants to reveal Himself to you. Maybe that's why you are here. I know for myself, I had moved away from God, He was on a shelf. I knew better, but I moved away. This "situation" has brought me close to God again, and it's a painful lesson, but God owns us. He made us, He's our creator, He can do whatever He wants with us. The sooner we acknowledge that, the less He has to hit us with to make that point.<P>Praise God He lives!<P>Lupo
