I know how you feel because I have been in same boat myself. Just know that God does know what is best. If you have been praying about this, then maybe God does not want you to re-fi your house. At these times we are so wanting to get out of where we are that we may take a bad deal. God does know what he is doing, just step back and take a deep breath and review the situation again, there maybe a better opt. out there for you. Also most of the time if you have to shove a door open and make something happen it is not God.
