HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just checked all of the postings here since the 10th til 14th and I could not find ANY praises to add to our Restoration post.

Please add your praises here and I will edit the Restoration post (which I just sent out) before Wed morning.

btw, here's a praise we should always remember:
For God so loved the world that He sent His only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him might not persish but might have eternal life. (John 3:16).

God's Blessings,
TTSMM

Okay, I have a praise. Tonight, the whole family (H included) attended my S holiday concert at the HS. We had a good time & H really enjoyed the concert. Although Satan disrupted the evening later on, I continue to praise your name, Lord because you are my Rock and my Redeemer. You are my strength, my deliverer, my comforter, my friend, my husband, my father, my Lord. I just want to keep on praising you, Lord over & over & over again! Praise the Lord!!!!

Heavenly Father, I praise Your precious name. You alone are my God, and You alone will I worship. I will Praise Your name in good times and in bad. You are the one who loves me with unconditional love. You are the one who forgives my sins. You are the one who sent a Savior, Your own precious Son, to save me from a world of sin. You are the one who hears my prayers. You are the one who inhabits my PRAISES. Thank You Father, for You are my God. I declare it from the rooftops. Jesus is Lord!!!!! Amen

Praise the Lord! Our church has been in between pastors right now, kind of floating around in limbo without proper leadership, and I'd like to report that we have found a very probably candidate for interim leadership. Praise the Lord!!! Thank you Heavenly Father for always putting that light at the end of the tunnel. When things look so dark and grim, you're always there, shining the light on the situation. We just have to look for it. Thank you for helping me look for it. Praise Your Holy Name!!!

Thank goodness for angels in our midst! Yesterday when i got home from work, my mother was there with a huge surprise! 3 gifts each for each of the children and 3 gifts for me. 2 huge boxes filled with food. Gift certificates for the grocery store. Her place of employment had gathered all these supplies and surprised her with them for me when she got to work yesterday! Praise the Lord! What a tearfilled day! They know there really isn't any money for Christmas presents so they all pitched in, with a little help from one of our organizations up here in PA, and got all this stuff!

Today, stopped at my mother's workplace to thank everyone in person & received 1 more gift each for the kids and another bag of groceries! What angels!

I called my H to tell him what strangers were doing for his kids. He came & saw everything & was very happy. Didn't have much to say though. He realizes that money is very tight around here, doesn't work that much himself (down to part-time work) and he really can't help us out either, but he did offer to take what little money I did have and go Christmas shopping with me, even if I got one present each for them! What a night! We went shopping, had a bite to eat, then came home & he relaxed the rest of the night. Both of us were very tired. He told me he'd see us tomorrow and I believe he is going to spend the night so he can wake up with the kids Christmas morning. He wasn't too crazy on the idea at first because my mother is also staying the night, and he asked where he would sleep. I asked him, Would it be so horrible to sleep in our bed next to me? He agreed that it wouldn't. So please pray that he does spend the night in OUR bed with HIS WIFE next to him. I will be praying for this all night into tomorrow.

Please also pray that he accepts my invitation to go to the Christmas Eve Candlelight Service at our church tomorrow night. Something keeps telling me that he WILL be affected by this service. Please pray in agreement with me that God will see it done. I feel restoration in the air, it's only a matter of time.

H also said that he is no longer doing illegal narcotics and that "drinking is becoming boring". Praise the Lord! The Lord is working so hard! Thank you everyone for praying and praying and praying......

Some praises to report -

1) Christmas Eve and Christmas Day were very enjoyable. H was with us all day Christmas Eve and most of the day Christmas Day.

2) H offered to take D to skating party on Friday, the 26th. Was willing to talk about R.

3) Monday, 29th - Spent most of the night with H in his room or on the phone. Laughed, watched a movie together, talked like we've never talked before.

4) H told me he mentioned me to a co-worker about an incident that occurred while we were dating. Although it wasn't a great incident (pretty embarrassing, actually), still he mentioned my name in conversation.

5) Feeling great today. Full of peace and joy.

6) Thank you God, for bringing Jesus to die for our sins. I will be eternally grateful.

A praise report:

I am blessed and happy to be part of God's family!

I am rich in ways I cannot even fathom, b/c my Father, my God loves me!!

Christmas was wonderful, spent with family and friends I love dearly, and am loved in return by them.

I have my health back, totally healed from broken arm, and feeling GOOOOD!!!

I have $$$ in the bank, and truthfully "want" for nothing.

Today, I went and bought myself a new vehicle (2004).

PTL for ALL His blessings!

You post a question, you know I'll look for an naswer .

My first guess was that Marie is Fench for Mary (Jesus' Mother).

babynames
Gender: Female
Meaning: Bitter Sea
Origin: French

behindthename
MARIE f French
Pronounced: ma-REE
French form of Maria (see MARY). A notable bearer of this name was Marie Antoinette, the queen of France who was executed by guillotine during the French Revolution. Another is Marie Curie, a physicist/chemist who studied radioactivity with her husband Pierre.

babycenter
6. Marie Hebrew Female Form of MARY. bitter

firstnames
Gender: Female
Root: MARY
Origin: French
Meaning: Sea of Bitterness

humanelynamingchildren
Marie No Especially not as a middle name

biblicalname
~Marie = same as Mary (I added this. This line is not from the website).
Mary = same as Miriam
Miriam = rebellion

behindthebiblicalname
MARY f English, Biblical
Pronounced: MER-ee
Usual English form of Maria, which was the Latin form of the New Testament Greek names Mariam or Maria (the spellings are interchangeable), which were from the Hebrew name Miriam. The meaning is not known for certain, but there are several theories including "sea of bitterness", "rebelliousness", and "wished for child". However it was most likely originally an Egyptian name, perhaps derived in part from mry "beloved" or mr "love". This is the name of several New Testament characters, most importantly Mary the virgin mother of Jesus, and Mary Magdalene. Two queens of England have had this name, as well as a Queen of Scotland, Mary Queen of Scots.
---------------
MIRIAM f Jewish, English, Biblical
Pronounced: MIR-ee-am
Hebrew form of MARY used in the Old Testament, where it belongs to the elder sister of Moses and Aaron.

biblicalbabyname
MIRIAM is the English version of the Hebrew MIRYAM which is usually translated BITTER WATERS. R. Shoni Labowitz, author of Miraculous Living has another interpretation. She translates MIRYAM as RISING WATERS. She bases this on the root MEM RESH ALEPH which means TO FLY in the hiphil. According to the Analytical Hebrew and Chaldee Lexicon, the primary idea of this root was probably TO RISE. Thus MIRIAM - RISING WATERS.
Variant spellings - MIRRIAM - MIRYAM - MIRIYAM
Biblical name - MIRYAM was the sister of Moses and Aaron. When Pharaoh's daughter found the infant Moses in the reeds, it was MIRYAM who suggested to the princess that she could find a wet nurse for the child and brought her mother to the palace. It was MIRYAM the prophet who led the people across the Red Sea with singing and dancing (Exodus).
The letters featured in this piece are MEM RESH YUD MEM. Taken together, and reading from right to left, they spell MIRIAM.
Each of the 22 letters of the Hebrew alphabet has a special meaning and a story to tell. Here a few brief ones about the letters on this painting.
MEM is the 13th letter of the Hebrew alphabet and has a numerical value of 40. MEM makes a sound like the M in Middle. But according to the ancient kabbalistic text SEPHER YETZIRAH, the MEM hummmmmms! MEM is usually associated with the word MAYIM - WATER or EEMAH - MOTHER.
The MEM is one of the 5 letters - CAF, MEM NUN, PEY, TSADE - that have 2 forms. One form is used in the beginning and the middle of a word - the open MEM . The other form is at the end of the word - the closed MEM. According to Talmud, the open MEM represents revealed teaching and the closed MEM represents concealed teaching (Shabbat 104a).
RESH is the 20th letter of the Hebrew alphabet and has a numerical value of 200. RESH makes a sound like the R in Radiant. RESH means BEGINNING or HEAD. When one spells out the letter RESH in Hebrew, it is RESH YUD SHIN. YUD and SHIN spell YESH - THERE IS. The letter RESH means BEGINNING. So it is possible to say that the RESH literally means THERE IS A BEGINNING.
YUD is the 10th letter of the Hebrew alphabet and has a numerical value of 10. YUD makes a sound like the Y in Year. YUD is a simple point. It is the smallest letter in the alphabet and yet is frequently associated with the very large concept of EMANATION, the highest level in the Four World paradigm of Kabbalah.

hebrewbabyname
Miryam , Miriam - Sea of bitterness; sorrow. In the Bible Miryam, sister of Moses, saved his life when she hid infant Moses in a basket among the rushes at the river's edge for Pharaoh's daughter to find. The Greek form of the name is Mary, with all its many derivatives and variations, including Mame, Mara, Marie, Mariel, Marla, Marian, Marianna, Marice, Marilyn, Marin, Mrita, Marla, Marlo, Marnia, Maureen, Merrill, Mimi, Minette, Minny, Moira, Molly and Muriel. (F)

That's enough for.

Guess I picked the wrong NAME to cheat on: Sea of bitterness; sorrow.

I didn't look up my name, I don't think I'll find much: genesius - He is the patront saint of actors and musicians - but I did find one article
holysepulchre
"There is no other emperor, other king, other god beside Jesus Christ...I believe only in him, I adore only him and am always ready to die a thousand times for his love" - (Genesius, Martyr)

I'm done (for now).

I would like to praise the Father for the report on my MIL. She suffered a heart attach Sunday morning and through the power of prayer she will be going home today.

They inserted something up through her thigh to check her heart for damage and the doctors said there was no damage.

Also, someone found my dog that got out of my yard on Saturday. He got spooked due to fireworks and busted my fence to get out.

The Lord is truely good.

Blessing to all of you and thank you for your prayers.

Love in Christ.

I have a praise- with only 3-9 days left till I have child #2- WH has finally decided to move back home for at least his BABY leave period to help me out around the house! Of course part of it is because it is only "free" leave if he is in the house- but for whatever reason I am glad- I am hoping he will bond with this babe and be a help to me...

I want to praise the Lord.

During Mass last week, after the Homily, there was a baptism for a little baby. After the baptism was overr my D (8) said, "Look Daddy, another member just joined God's Family!"

Today, when I picked up my D at Cathecism class, she had some great news for me. This Saturday, she celebrates her first "Sacrament of Reconciliation". There will be about 100 other kids plus parents, guests, etc. She was selected to do a reading from 1 John.

I am very proud of my D and her faith.

Okay, TTSMM, you wanted some praises, I got them! PTL for His one & only son, our Saviour, Jesus Christ!!!! Okay, now from a human standpoint.

My H is talking about C with me & is saying things like, what if we work things out? He is bringing up our R more & more & spending nights over at the house! The Lord is good, grand, terrific!!!! He also says he has been thinking about me A LOT & took pics from our photo album & looks at them OFTEN! How are those praises for you? Praise God for allowing me to receive funds to pay all of my outstanding bills off & have extra in the bank!

How's that for starters? Hope you receive other responses! Bless you for your ministry!

{{{{ BUMP }}}}

Where is everybody. Let's here those praises for this week. Are you going to tell me that Almighty God has been on vacation in all our lives.

I have one: Twice this week when I knew my behavior was unhonorable when dealing with my wife, I felt I wouldn't stop (anger inside, resentment, etc.) I asked Jesus to convict my heart. Within a minute I had a bad headache and saw things differently.

Come on, let's hear the praises to our King.

Love in Christ,
ttsmm
