Since tomorrow is Tuesday, I thought you all might want to update your prayer requests. I don't think we've done it for a week or two.<P>Praise the Lord for using the time my husband is with the ow for God's good. Praise the Lord that He is moving them further apart and sowing seeds of discord between them. Praise for He is bringing the relationship with the ow to an end. Praise the Lord that God is increasing Jack's guilt and causing him to feel the financial strain. Praise the Lord for confounding and exposing the ow. Praise that He is instructing Jack in his sleep and bringing him closer to Jesus. Praise that God has lit the fire of desire for Cindy in Jack's heart. Praise the Lord that Jack is seeing Cindy with different eyes and for creating the desire to have his family back. Praise the Lord that He will see this marriage restored in His will and for His glory. I praise the Lord for the Christian prayer warriors He has united on this prayer forum. I praise the Lord for His gift of His son to save us and to show us the way to having a relationship with God. Amen.

hw,<P>I am asking for prayer for myself and my kids first. I have to see my attorney tomorrow to sign my divorce papers. I'm basically a mess. And my kids are hurt.<P>I would also like to ask for prayers for my H (Bob). I ask that you would pray for his soul. I don't want to give up on him. Praise to God for showing me what I need to confess and ask forgiveness of, Thanks to our Father for giving me the opportunity to work on restoring our marriage, Praise God for enlightening David about the Lord, and for preparing his heart to receive the Lord as his Savior. Praise to God for leading my husband to deliverance from alcohol addiction. Praise to God for working in my husband's life, praise Him for the good changes He has made in me. I praise the Lord for instructing David as he sleeps, thanks to the Lord for restoring love for his wife in David's heart, praise God for softening my husband's heart.<P>Thank you all so very much. The battle is raging here as hapens when the evil one is losing the war. Continue to pray for my husband's mind and for his emotions, that he is able to take captive every thought and not allow his emotions to rule his life. Pray that I remain steadfast in setting boundaries and can respond to my husband in truth and love, with reverence for the position that God has placed him in. Praise God that we do not lose heart, that outwardly we are wasting away (through hurts etc)yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day, that our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all and for help for us to cling to what is unseen.

Please pray for my husband's salvation. I give thanks to our Lord for giving me the opportunity to work on restoring our marriage. Praise God for softening my husband's heart, open his eyes and ears and allow him to listen to himself when he says he misses me (and the children). Thank God for continually giving me the strength to do His will. Continue talking to my H in his sleep, he said he dreamt with me and the family (very encouraging). Lord I ask that you guide our children and lift their spirits, give them the wisdom, though they are young to pray to You oh Lord and to have undying faith in You. I pray for my husbands repentance, that he would finally come to the end of himself in such a way that his pride would no longer keep him validating his infidelity, I pray that a Godly christian man would befriend my husband and begin to desciple in such a way that my husband once again walks in a fashion worthly of being a child of God... I also pray that a huge wedge of discord is pressed in between the ow and my husband, that all conversations and contact have a negative response between them, that the ow would find somewhere else to get her needs met and realize (unto repentance and salvation) what she has done. That the oc would somehow come to know Jesus as his savior down the path of his life and that he always has a male christian mentor in his life... That I can continue having Christs unconditional, unending love for my husband and that his heart is ever pulled back towards his wife and family to such a point that he cannot stand being away.. For me I also can maintain a sound mind, and that I see healing in all of the physical problems that seem to be ongoing and everchanging, that I can maintian the energy and enthusiasm and not grow weary of doing what is good in my marriage, my family, my homeschooling and my job... Thank you Lord for listening to my prayer and petition, and I praise and thank you in advance for the wonderous answers that I will see.. In My precious Lord and Savior Jesus name.. One more prayer request:<P>Tomorrow (Wed.) at 6:30 PM CST my H has to go to the Batterer's Intervention Program counseling again for a "Legal Update", whatever that is. Please pray with me that the Lord will use these counseling sessions as an instrument in H's salvation, and God will be ever present at each and every session.<BR>

Dear Lord, I pray that my husband's apartment request/search does not come through, give him more time if needed at his friend's home, but don't allow him to go completely on his own. Lord give him clear vision to You and soften his heart when he thinks of our marriage. Let him realize that he does in fact LOVE me, and that he IS needed in our home! In Jesus' Name - Amen

Hi hw, and everyone!<BR>My update and new prayer request.........H has agreed to come with me to my new Christian counselor.........although he is doing it primarily for me, because he knows that I cannot accept the selling of our home and the separation, so he wants to "support"me..........Praising God that he will:<BR>(1)use this counselor(Gregg) to OPEN H's eyes,heart,and mind,as to just what he is going to be giving up if he chooses separation.<BR>Praising God that He continues to<BR>(2)Change me,<BR>(3)Continues to place believing Christians in H's path<BR>(4)Patience <BR>(5)Husband's desire to stay in our marriage,<BR>All in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus,Amen.<BR>Love,gratitude,and blessings to us all, <BR>your sister in Christ,<BR> Joynicole<BR>

Oh yes-I meant H agreed to going this Friday at 2pm....... (not on going) just Friday- although we didn't talk of future sessions- so we'll see what happens- he probably feels it is a one shot deal, you know?We know how the Lord works, though, don't we? Praying for a miracle!

Pookie, just pray for about 30 minutes and then post a reply on the cyber tea thread I just put up. Some icm afterwards, but I haven't figuered it out yet.
