I'm so glad you are here! You'll find caring Christian wives here who will encourage you and pray with you, whenever you need help or a prayer.
You won't have any problem catching up. We are still on chapter One of the Power Of A Praying Wife and Study Guide. If you only have the book, thats ok, we write out all the questions on our posts. If you don't have the book most Christian bookstores carry it, as well as Amazon.com. If you can't afford the book right now email me at jlsr1001@yahoo.com and I will help you.
There is a post called Agenda that will help you see what we've been doing. This forum is blessed with caring, supportive people, and I am so glad Dr. Harley started it.
God bless you!!!

God Bless you! I appreciate that so much. I am so confused at this time, and your message picked me right back up and showed me my direction again.
Jesus is wonderful, I am only just beginning to realize the magnitude of his Glory. Thank you really doesn't express my feelings for your kindness.

AW,
This is amazing and for anyone not a Christian they might say spooky.
I just spent almost all day at this web sight reading the excerpts of their new fiction book, "Pulpits in the Marketplace".
Now I have never gone to this sight before. So. I check in with Bible study and you have posted Charlene's daily devotional. Incredible.
Have you read the book. It is great. I cried through most of it. It is a sequeal to "A Day of Freedom". I had to order both books so I could read the first one and finish the second one. I don't know why I cried. I guess it was the joy of hearing about a couple reunited and then having a mighty ministry together afterwards. It is an unspoken dream until now. Iy cane at a great time, as I have felt a little removed in my walk this last week and then slightly discouraged because the ow is coming this weekend. But today I got a booster shot. I do believe that God will restore. I want to call the ow and say, "what the heck are you doing. This is my marriage and always will be in God's eyes. If you were to be succesful at wrestling my husband away and into marriage with you, he would still not be your husband according to God." But the owrds of a poem/song from the story says, "not if but when" they return.
AW, God has us on the same wave length today. If you have not read this book, try it. I found the excerpts by going to search, then put in the words "Pulpits in hte Marketplace" Then the few chapters they have on line will appear marked Be Healed. It is so good!!
Father, How truely amazing you are! You astound me and astonish me. I think this is affirmation for me You are working and that I should definately still embrace "not if, but when" you bring Jack home and back into relationship with You. I know You know the timing and then when. Keep me with You until that time, seeking, thirsting and knowing You in still deeper ways. Lord, I pray this for AW as well. We praise You for the marvelous changes in David, that we have seen in the last week. We pray in agreement also for David that "not if, but when" he comes to You, and then really works on the marriage with AW. Thank you Jesus. And I lift my hands in prayer for every women who comes to this sight. Lord, let them also embrace "not if, but when their marrioages are restored." In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
I too visit the rejoiceministries site everyday and subscribe to the "Charlene Cares" daily devotional which is e-mailed to me each morning. Charlene is a self-termed "stander"....she tells her story on that site. It's incredible.
I have taken a stand and I too believe that my marriage to my H is it...for good...no matter what he does. I believe that God will restore my marriage and with the help of some good teaching and principles (thanks Dr. Harley!) it can be a great marriage. Seems hard to believe most days, but it's a faith thing....and the daily devotionals help too.
I posted my Tuesday prayer under "My Tuesday Prayer" earlier in the day yesterday. Because my time zone is so different, I have to post early in the day cause my H took the computer that we had at home; now I have to do all my computer stuff on my work one after hours. O well.....
I will try to post my testamony one of these days, hopefully before next Tuesday. Thanks again for this wonderful place of healing.
Aloha,
Mrs.O

Mrs. O, I've read Charlyne's testimony and I agree it is powerful. I really enjoy her daily devotions. Its the first think I look at when I get to work. I'm looking forward to reading your testimony too!!!
hw - "God has us on the same wave length today". He sure does, doesn't he. I too spent quite a bit of time on Rejoice Ministries site, and on Restore Ministries (http://www.restorem.org). I need all the uplifting I can get.
H called to night, we only talked for a few minutes. He is now working near the Oregon border near a town called "something" Lakes. I couldn't understand what he was saying, the phone connection was bad. Plus he was ornery. Said it was really cold there. Hope he's having a fun time (hehehe).
Thank You Father for these dear sisters in Christ. You knew before any of us began having problems that we would all need each other; and You led each of us to this site. Thank You. Your unending love never ceases to amaze me, I am so undeserving of Your love. Help us each Lord to worship You, remind us daily of the blessings You have given us. Thank You Father, we Praise You Lord for the added measure of peace and strength You have given us this day. In Jesus name I pray, AMEN
