I did some research for a paper on Infidelity and that is defiently a reason why she cannot be faithful. I cannot grasp exactly why at this moment... I can get my papers from storage and let you know... I am in the middle of moving, but I did find the information by typing in Infidelity on the address box for searching on the web... try it.. It has to do with sexual issues.
I will find it tomorrow.. I am in the middle of moving into our new house, but it is with my college stuff..
mercy

I was sexually abused by a relative as a child and young adult.
It caused me to sometimes feel sick to my stomach during sex.
I was the betrayed.....I never was unfaithful in any relationship.

There seems to be a definate relationship.
I think I have read that a majority of prostitutes were sexually abused. I don't know the rationale behind it, maybe something like if I was used for sex, I will use sex for me. A similar sort of thinking could go with infedility.
Has your wife had counselling for the abuse? If not it would be a really good idea.
Take care and hang in there.

NO she hasn't had counciling for it yet and now we are facing a divorce we are scheduled to go to counciling next week but I don't want to say anything in front of her because I have mentioned it to her and she became enraged and said she was normal but the way I look at it is that this type of behavior is not of the norm. I know I have had a hard time letting go of the things she has done in the past and she claims this is the main reason why she wants a divorce any suggestions on how to bring this topic up to the councilor
