Hi Chris-
Did you also hear that Naomi Judd has filed for divorce, sighting "adultery" as her reason for such a request?
Wouldn't the world be a much nicer place if we could somehow stop all betrayal?
I think so ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/smile.gif)
Have a good night!
------------------
*heartache*
"Loyalty Is A Two Way Street"

[This message has been edited by heartache (edited August 22, 2000).]

Hi Guys:
I think "we" should be grateful that all our dirty laundry is not aired for the whole world to see.
To play out this nightmare before the world must be even worse then in private.
Lady Di should give us an lesson we should never forget about life in a fishbowl.
My sympathy goes out to anyone in this situation, in the spotlight or not. The hurt is still the same.
Buffy

I was reading an old January issue of I think LHJ or some other Woman's mag. in the waiting room shortly after the affair news hit.
This old issue was interviewing Meg and she was saying such sweet things about their marriage and about being a family. It actually made me feel a little sick.
Seems to me according to the timeline of the affair, she was not involved yet during that interview. Now I know that you can believe everything you read and I'm sure she would put her best foot forward for an interview, still it was kind of like looking at "proof" that before they go into that fog, it is sometimes not that bad at home.
Maybe cracks in the marriage may contribute to attraction and temptation, but I think the affair is what makes the marriage look so bad. Revisionist history.

FHL- I totaly agree with that. My H had only good things to say about us after we reconciled last year. We seemed really happy until he met the new OW. Then all of a sudden his life was so terrible. I'm very good at reading him. I knew the minute he started in with this feeling. In june he was happy, we were talking about the future ect. By the end of July he was telling me he hasn't been happy just pretending. I don't buy that on bit.

Hi there crazy,
My home town is only about 20 miles from where you live. Bizarre huh? It is a town of 700. Can you guess which one it is? I now live in Northern MN.
Sorry to hear about your situation. I am in the early stages of recovery. D-day was almost two months ago now. This site has been really helpful. The problem is that I am addicted to it and can't help myself. I spend way too much time here reading. It is theraputic, but time consuming.
I noticed your post yesterday when you mentioned 'the cities'. I only know of one such reference which is why I looked at your profile.
Keep in touch.
Reborn

[This message has been edited by Reborn (edited August 22, 2000).]
