My H promised to end the A. I told him what Harley said about the withdrawal period, and he wants to find a councelor to talk to. Does anyone know of a good counselor in the SF East Bay Area, who can relate to Harley's strategies regarding infidelity?
I would really appreciate some referrals. Thanks!

I can't give you any recommendations, but I believe redhat lives in the area and would be a good source to try to find someone through.

Maybe try this thread?

Vicki Traylor is in Redwood City. She was WS' first therapist.

I don't know if she specifically knows about MB principles, but she has worked with infidelity issues. My in-laws have been seeing her and from what my MIL says, it sounds like she follows something similar to the MB concepts. Good luck!

I counseled w/ SH directly. I will run it by Orchid, my big sis. One other option that would not bust your bank and specially if you are a Christian or open minded about it. Church of The Highlands, I go there to worship HIM, has a pastor for relationship ministry. He adopted MB and still learning about it. I intoduced the MB to him and he adopts it right away. As any ministry, it is free & Pro-M. First priority comes to members of the church then Christians then others. His calendar is packed but you could try it.

We also have Tuesday night Relationship Building support group and divorce care group. The next 2 Tuesdays topic would be discussion on Harley's How to survive infidelity. We just finished MB basic concepts.

God Blesses you, -rh-
