I am confused about Plan B. It says no contact - what about if you have children? Do you keep spouse from seeing them?

I thought so - but that makes plan B very difficult. My daughter is only 4 months old. I do not see how we could not have any contact. Any suggestions?

I read you posts on the other board. NC is not plan B. There is no plan B without plan A ... I suggest you to read plan A again ...
Is A out in the open ? I suggest you call very close families and freinds and let his A out in the open.
Hnag in there ... -rh-
