Some of you know my story, and the last time I wrote, I thought we were on our way to recovery. But even though, his intentions were to end the A, I still wasn't satisfied because of his lack of effort to pay attention to my ENs. Regardless of the OW, I needed more attention and for him to spend more time with me - to build up some reassurance, I guess. But it seems like he doesn't even know that I need that. He seems like he's only thinking of himself all of the time. So, my insecurites started building up again and I found a friend to stay with. The problem is, even though he understands why I had to leave, we haven't been able to resist phone contact with each other. I guess that makes Plan B a wasted effort, right? It's Christmas, and I can't imagine spending it without him.

You're Right, I understand. As you can see, I've changed the heading. Guess, I was just too emotionally exhausted to think straight. I'm half way through SAA, but sometimes (like many others have said), I wonder if I'm going to be in Plan A forever.

You might have to do it but not now. You just get exhausted from plan A, you need to take a break from WH and take couple days off to finish reading SAA and think it through with clearer head. Meanwhile, don't LB but it is ok if you don't feel like to tell him ILU, don't say it ... take a break from plan A too.

I had a few homework for you to check up last time ... how is your plan A ? have you review it ?. Have you draft PBL & think all the logistic of it ?. Have you contact Orchid to get her point of view ? she has to throw her H a few times before he work on M.

Now what is your current situation?. Do you still live in same house ? What is the talk about looking for MC ?. Did he break his latest promise ?.

I would like you to look at 180 degrees list and post back on what you think.
