Hi fellow MBers,

This Plan B is so rough. It was good in the beginning until I made the biggest mistake. I made contact. It was ugly.

Now I feel like there is no hope. Just want to talk to someone that has done or is in Plan B.

Join the club. I was in Plan B for 3 months without contact. Then WH came around right before Christmas, and it took me about a month to get back on track. It was awful. Stay dark.

Hi believer,

How long were you separated? Are there any kids?
So you did Plan B to the T for three months then he came back.

Yeah, what Believer said. I'm three months into my most recent attempt at Plan B. Like a groundhog, I've peaked out recently, saw my shadow, and am trying now to dive back into my hole.

It's yucky out there. Stay cool, stay dark, stay silent. You're soooo much safer that way.

The pain and hurt of contact will diminish over the next few days. I know how godawful it is, but never fear, it'll take you less time this time than it did the last time.

And that'll be more and more true the longer you're in Plan B.
