OK I recently broke Plan B (briefly fell for another pretenda reconciliation move from my WH... but he STILL is unwilling to take necessary steps to prove affair is over and start rebuilding our marriage/family... So no go and back to Plan B yet again)

Anyway, since I am returning to Plan B I was remembering something I read about the first week, how the one unwilling to make the committment may react with just relief during the first week of you not contacting them. I searched around in my bookmarked sites and found the article that mentioned that initial relief.
(The article is about viginity and the part I am referring to is in the last half of the article, but the whole article is really interesting and still relevent.)

Interesting article. I have been in Plan B for 10 months and he is still not willing to have NC with OW, but I have stuck to that requirement.

So hop back on the Plan B wagon.

hi Ladies- good article-thanks for posting the link. whats more difficult than Plan B? what keeps you going? what keeps you from the ultimatum of a D? Prayer and hope that my H lets the Lord back in his confused heart/mind/soul is what keeps me going.......but there are moments in the middle of the night when all I want is to call him up and SETTLE IT. my h won't talk to me or sons....but he'll talk to anyone else he sees...go figure. looking for direction.......

PEACE OUT

It's helping me a LOT to go back and review stuff I read before. It's hard going back to Plan B, after yet another recovery fake-out.

I needed to read that info about how the WS will just feel relief for a while. I certainly woudln't want to contact him again after reading that. He would just feel annoyed and pursued... probably just hang up on me and then feel relieved again LOL.

Anyway, what I really want is for HIM to want ME, to pursue me, and to therefore be willing to take responsibility for his mistakes and willing to make the needed changes. And THAT is already such a slim possibility, I certainly don't want to delay or interfere with him maybe getting to that point!

So it's back to Plan B until he really does make those changes.

Great article! The basic principles beyond the sexual ones are easily projected on both sexes and dovetails with Dr Dobson's views. I will bookmark it with my other articles labeled " When you feel like sh$t read these, dummy"
