This is my forst post here. I appologize it something similar has been discussed before.
First let me say that I have always been faithful to my wife. Never faltered.
I was emailing back and forth with a past co-worker. Fairly sporratically. We were discussing me shooting a head-shot for her. She needed it for a project at her new work. I was giving her prices and discussing some other options. During the email discussions, the conversation became sort of sexual...but in a toung-in-cheek sort of way. I really didn't think much of it. I played along. In the end, she ended up sending me a somewhat provacative image of her. I was shocked. It wasn't anything that I thought should end a potential friendship...so I tried to diffuse the situation. I sent her back a picture of me. One of me underwater. Just my head and my shoulders. That was the end of it.
My wife found the image and email she sent me on my computer. She thinks that there is more to it than that. I've actually never seen this person outside work except for a party at her house that I attended with my wife.
My wife means everything to me and now she says she is leaving me.
In the past she has said that she thinks I will cheat on her. I did cheat on my girlfriends before I met her...actually the last time I cheated was on my last girlfriend with my she who is now my wife!
The thought of cheating on her makes me feel sick. I couldn't do it. I am at a total loss for what to do. She is the mother of my children. She is the very center of my world. I would never do anything to hurt her.
She has done things in the past that if I were to have done, it would have been a major problem. I trusted that what happened with her in the past was exactly what she told me. Now that I have done something that showed poor judgement, she wants to leave.
I am rambling. Sorry. I just can't think very clearly at the moment.
