My husband has been playing quitar for the 27 years we've been married. A year ago he decided to run an add to find musicians to play in our basement. His music has since evolved into a band. He plays out at bars every Wed night and every other Friday night and 1 or 2x on a Sat. even. Problem is I am finding myself alone alot. I don't enjoy going to the bars with him, that is boring for me. Beside he's usually out until 4:00 am. I don't like the fact that we have been a couple for all this time spending our weekends together and now he has a hobby that doesn't included me. I feel lonely and I don't like it. We are trying to find a compromise, because relationships are about compromises. It is creating a huge rift between us. There doesn't seem to be a solution which makes us both happy. Need I mention that 4 years ago he cheated on me and gave me a STD from what he called a one night stand. So the trust factor is a huge issue on my part. I don't like the fact that he is out at bars. So we are drifting apart and it's frightening to me.
Any feedback for my situation? Please!

At first, I was going to advice you to have your own hobby but I changed my mind when I saw the cheating and trust factor. How about getting involved in his band somehow. Maybe, help with setting up the equipment and putting it back up so you have an excuse to be with him from the beggining to the end. That's one example. I hope that helps.
