I am not married yet but i will be soon. Like any couple we have had our bad times and our good times in our relationship, but overall it's been positive. Anyways I am just wondering, how can you apply the POJA if one spouse doesn't entusiastically agree with applying it to your marriage? By definition, you can't apply it. It's a catch-22. Do you just try to persuade the spouse that it is in their best interest to do it, or ask them to try it out as a favor to you since they love you (and you could do it while they are in Giver mode so they would agree, then hopefully like it and it would become the standard), or what do you do? I am not talking about "can one spouse save a marriage," but "can one spouse convince the other to use marriage saving techniques on a marriage that doesn't need saving (yet)?"
