Hi everyone!
I am excited to find this site.
I think it is truly great how
everyone can get together and share.
It's kinda like group therapy....
but in your own time and at your convenience.
My husband and i are trying to work things out.
We've had some exspecially hard issues to deal with and we are both very proud people.
But I have never felt more alive than when I am with him. So here we are trying things out. We've experienced a lot of the same issues in this site. Mind you I haven't read through the entire site, but eventually maybe this will give me some new ideas.
Does anyone have advice to give to cope with old issues?
My take of coarse is that , if you can not get over a past event then your sabotaging a potential future.....and you'll throw the event in your spouses face and ruin even a friendship.

I felt the same way when my ex of all people told me about this site.
I guess that is wonderful that your trying to move ahead and not look back. That was always one of my biggest problems. I try my best and i change a little everyday. It isn't always always easy though. I have tried to look at things from his perspective to see how he was feeling. Once i do that then i find i express myself better. Anyways give it a try.
Good luck.

I would suggest praying alot for your spouse! I find that when you pray for the other to have what you truely want some how the resentment, anger go away and leaving room for forgiveness.
I don't believe we should forget as this will provide some guidence in the future!
Best wishes and I will pray for you!
