Hi to all who chimed in and supported and urged me to subpoena ow to have to be held accountable for her criminal background (two dwi convictions). I do not want my children in her company at all.<P>I told the attorney to subpoena her and it will be served soon. I was warned about violence from her. I hope not.<P>She will probably flaunt herself in court to show me she stole my H and he is divorcing me for her. Of course, she has so much experience...3x married and 3x divorced. She is quite stable isn't she? If my H becomes her 4th, he is a fool and I doubt if it would last. Unfortunately, for me and my 3 children, what she provides outweighs any annoyances she has--at least for now.<P>Oh, what a bitter pill I will have to swallow to see them in court--if she comes--her records indicate contempt of court and leaving a treatment center without permission-then he probation was revoked and she went back to jail.<BR>Lovely person, isn't she. <P>My hope is that my attorney can use all of this to the advantage of my children to keep visitation minus her.<P>I dread it to the depths of my being. I will be a basket case after I leave the courtroom, but while in it, I have to be calm and cool in the midst of this violent storm.<P>I just hope and pray that as the case unfolds, the facts speak for themselves. I have kept a daily log on my H's lack of contact and involvement in our children's lives and how often he compromised their best interest to be with the ow; and how often he came to our town with and without ow and didn't even contact or come by.<P>Oh, what a tangled web we weave, when at first we attempt to deceive. His alcohoic mind has built one defense system upon another to enhance and perpetuate his state of denial.<BR>He thinks he is fine, no drinking problem and he claims that he lives in reality--and according to him, I live in fantasy land. Yes, I who was deserted with 3 chilren, left with minimal to no funds, and my H caught in the euphoria of an affair taht continues to this moment...money, sex, alcohol, etc.<P>WEll, let's take a poll. Do you think she will risk being arrested for contempt of court?<P>elo<P>
