Hi, my name is Karen!
My M is pretty much over although we're still under one roof. I don't recognize many people here.
I've recently posted a few of my woe's on the recovery board if you care to research my many, many attempts to recover my M from multiple EAs/PAs. I can also be found under the name LadyK from years ago. Ugh, I've been here for too many years! How sad! ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/frown.gif)
We are in the waffling stages of separating. My H says he doesn't want this divorce and says it's all one-sided. He says I decided this and it's unfair to him.
He's been sending me mixed signals lately as to whether he truly wants this M or not (didn't wear wedding ring yesterday, flowers today, changed VM password tonight).
I'm just so tired of the lies and I deserve so much better from a husband!
I'll be chatting with you all soon!
God Bless!
<><
------------------
RECOVER * REFOCUS * REGENERATE ~ BREATHE * RELAX
By Eleanor Roosevelt ~~

"People grow through experience if they meet life honestly and courageously. Hi Karen,
I remember you from the EN board. I am so sorry to hear that things are not going a little better for you.
Do you still post over at EN?
Well welcome here....it always seems a little sad when someone ventures into the D board. It seems like after a time things should just work out better...sometimes they dont.
Just wanted to say sorry and welcome.
Randy

Hi, Bill,
Thank you for the response! Girls, huh? I have 2 boys (7 & 9) and 2 step-boys (12 & 14). I would LOVE a daughter.
My situation is too much to get into. I'm wavering, but need to stand strong - he'll never change.
How's single life?
Thanks again for the response!
![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/smile.gif)

Well I never wanted my divorce, so it took me a while to accept even being single. I have my girls about half the time so that keeps me pretty busy. Probably within the last month or so I've really started healing and getting to know myself, again. It's amazing how while married the best qualities that I have had to be pushed down, oh well...
So recently, I've really started having a lot of fun. My girls and I do so much cool stuff. I talk with a lot of people. I've made friends from all walks of life. I'm not dating and don't plan on doing that for quite some time. I guess I only really have two complaints: 1) the X didn't majically fall off the face of the earth so I still have to deal with her (Believe me there are some interesting stories there, heck Monday night she tried to some over to stay the night) 2)I've got a lot of female friends because I'm very non-judgemental and easy to talk to, well a couple of them have tried to push the envelope of friendship and both of them were married, so that's not cool. Made me feel good to be pursued but then I felt aweful because WHY WERE THESE MARRIED WOMEN TRYING TO DESTROY THERE MARRIAGE...
I sure miss a lot of things about being married but overall I do enjoy the single life. Plus when I don't have the kids I don't have a bed time ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/grin.gif)
""I'm wavering, but need to stand strong - he'll never change.""
That you have the ability to see that while you are in the situation is good. I wavered from day 1 then as things progressed I was able to see that she was poisenous and stood strong through the end. Funny thing is now she's the one wavering. She's the one calling and trying to get my attention. I think that she just wants the security of knowing that I'm still there for her. Well, I sent her a pretty clear message Monday that I'm not......
Take care.
------------------
Love, Bill
-There are none so blind as those who refuse to see!-
-Stand up and do the right thing, even if your standing alone.-

Bill,
I don’t want this divorce either. This will be my 2nd failed marriage and that’s very sad! This one has only lasted 1 ½ years. I’m starting to wonder if it’s really ME and not them. Something I’ll definitely search.
My H doesn’t seek these women for SF for the most part. He did have 1 PA that I’m sure about 2 weeks before our wedding and 1 PA last September when he disappeared for 2 days (found out in April he flew to FL to meet a woman he met on the net and was having email sex).
My H craves that new love feeling and he’ll get their sympathy by telling the women that I left him and he feels lost and trapped in the marriage. I know it’s all a game to him, but it’s at my expense.
I have been giving him some terribly mixed signals. I love back rubs so I’ll let him give me rubs and early this morning we had incredible SF. We have never had a problem in this area. Even while he’s telling the OW from April that he feels trapped and we’re separated, we were at a wonderful peak in our SF (3-4 days out of 7).
I’m torn because I would have loved this marriage to work out and I don’t want this. I’m going away for the weekend and when I return I’ll ask him to move to his boy’s room during the week as they’re with their mom. He can sleep on the couch on the weekends until he finds a place.
Thank you for sharing!
