I know I shouldn't do this but I had to because its so funny ...We all had and have our fear of having to face OM or OW and its a painful moment ,but RWD I think had to laugh later based what he said about OM, this just had me laughing . Can't we have some fun here if we can't understand how WS's end up with something humorous they're chasing after and once we see OP we laugh and we chuckle that they chose something a cat wouldn't drag in?..
Here's RWD funny quotes from some post:
I have to admit, way back in the back of my mind, I thought if my wife would ever leave me it would be for a doctor. When I found out about the om and she told me he drove a sports car, I pictured some young sweet talking dr with slick black hair pulled back in a pony tail, driving a new BMW or Mecedes.
Imagine my suprise when I found she was with a salt & pepper haired, slumped back, respiratory therapist older guy driving an old pontiac firebird !
next quote:
I was suprised when I first met om, he was neither good looking or wealthy, although he seemed to have money(I think his mother bankrolled him) . I think my x was attracted to him because he could talk medicine with her( pretty much her only interest) and he promised her the moon.

Sorry RWD to pick on you but you had me cracking up!! I respect your pain of OM though.. This is not any attack on WS's but laughing through our pain of betrayl..

I remember back a couple of months ago I told xw, "I guess you found you a man" this guy has been in the picture since D day nov 2000, I never seen him but read emails, she fired back and said "Well if you saw him, he's ugly, theres no way I'm getting with him, please ain't nothing happening there" I chuckled because the relatioship was hot and heavy for a long time and I think they just saw each other 2 months ago, she was disappointed ...
