X filed before me which was a suprise. kept saying he had no money & would lose his job if I tried to take him back to court. X is asking for no spousal support (got 9 months @ $333. not much after 17 yrs. of marriage but it helps) & I sold the house before the judgement was signed, guess he forgot that he had to sign it, was in both names. X wants to stop spousal because I have money from the sale of the house, all the money from the sale will be needed to put down on another home. X also wants the court to give him half of sale of our home that the court gave to me. Houses are twice as high as here & the cost of living too. X also wants our sons CD which the judge says should be divide, even though they have been in sons name since birth. I cannot give X half they are in my sons name with his older brother name as custodial, x knows this but didnt mention this in his papers. only thing X can do is try to make me look bad in court as the x wife who is trying to get all she can out of him. X wants the Judge to take out about husbands personal relationship with nurse is the reason his marriage broke up. I already gave a copy to MOW STBX & told him that I will be there for his D if he needs me. will be going to my lawyer office tomorrow will see whats going on. will be asking that we have no joint custody for our 13 yr old. X hasnt called son at home since leaving last july, had a fit just to take him to get a haircut, kept telling our son that it takes a sorry mom not to take her son to get a haircut(car was broken down). son only wants to see dad on sun only. when our son calls dad & leaves message on dads answering machine to tell dad not to come get him on his sunday, dad doesnt even call back to say OK or ask why son doesnt want to see him, guess it gives him more time with MOW & her kids. MOW STBX told me X takes his wife & their 3 kids out every weekend. In 17 yrs we went as a family to the movies once, dinners out as just a family none. X does not like to spend money or he didnt while married to me. Navy retirment that I get part of for being M for 17 years, I will need that to make our house payment & just to get a loan. Son's school will be going up from $155 to $345 month X should love that. He only has to pay half but on Im asking for X to pay all, X agreed before leaving home to pay for his sons school ,even told our son he would. will be asking that I claim our son on taxes that X got to claim. Not to divide our sons CDs, son wants to take his Dad to court if he tries. These are things that was agreed upon before X found out that MOW has no money & was behind on her bills. Im not worry about X trying to say bad things about me, I have a list about what X has done but cant say in case X reads this. hope this judge doesnt rule he can sit on it for 60 days & then it goes to a higher court, its a very small farming town, everyone knows each other or kin. X was a cop where he knows the judges, X father was in court with us, not saying anything but was told by my old lawyer that Judge knew X father. Justice is not fair if you have money or you know the judge. once it is out of the county we have a fair chance, X knows this & wants this judge to rule right away. our court date is July 16 I will need your prayers going back into court.
