Going to court tomorrow to hopefully get some of my legal mess sorted out.
Have a new attorney and am thinking positive thoughts.
Any prayers that things go my way will be much appreciated.
Thanks.

{God is in Control},
You will most certainly have my prayers.
And I sincerely hope that you'll have greater success than I had this past Friday.
Love...

You have my prayers indeed.
Just a thought. Could the xH be using his "good attendance" at the counselor for tomorrow? look at every angle.
God is with you. The judge doesn't need to have it spelled out for him. Hope he gets a good lecture from him.
You are soo awesome and faith filled. I among others will pray for you. Keep your eyes on God, know that He is going to be there in the midst of that court. Do not have irrational fear, as I have had. Do something great for yourself today, do your toenails (ha ha) and maybe a facial or long bath. Pamper yourself today. Hey it's a holiday...
We're going to a greenbelt and son will ride his cute tiny little bike while I walk/jog. God has blessed us so much. Too bad our WS's have to seek elsewhere. He will be held accountable tomorrow.
Kindest Regards, J.

Well I survived - I forgot how emotionally draining court can be. I'm spent.
Had to say what really happened. It was the last case, the judge ended up leaving the courtroom without really finishing the hearing.
It was weird. But I think that the gist of it was that the judge(she) is on my side, we just have to get a trial date.
Alot still riding on trusting in God to make a few things happen - or not happen, but I actually feel ok about it now.
We'll see if I still feel this way in a few days.
Suffice to say, ExH and his entire famiy are DEFINITELY out of the picture after the way he acted today. All he could do was laugh and talk about football tickets. He's slime. I made a mistake marrying him. Don't hold it against me.
Oh, I do have to add that ExH had an entire list of things that he wanted from the house, but his attorney obviously didn't know the law and filed his motion too late, so ExH is out of luck until the property settlement - whenever that it. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Roll Eyes]" src="images/icons/rolleyes.gif" />

Am praying for you. xH must have been reeeeally uncomfortable if he kept having to change the subject and talk about football tickets. If I was in court, and the matter was serious, like yours, I wouldn't be laughing.
That was so inappropriate. What were his family doing? What did your attny say? I am glad you feel it was swinging your way, b/c it should.
You were a lady. That is a victory period. Don't think they didn't notice. I know what it feels like to suddenly by cast aside by IL's. They called me last february to ask to have son one night. I said, very kindly, that they should contact their son about this as I am already having to give up my son having been a stay at home mom and see my family broken and that since they are relatives of my H, that they can ask him to see our son (their grandson). Suddenly, MIL's voice changed and she said, "so arent you happy with this great new job?" and I said that I wanted to be at home with my son and with an in tact family. Then her attitude totally took a nosedive. She said something catty and hung up. Not a call since. Not a gallon of milk when I couldn't afford one. Not a card to say they were sorry. Blood is thicker than water, and sometimes they walk into fog as well.
I will keep praying.
