X has been court ordered to repay medicial & Rx, for our son. Plus all co-pays & half of his school tution. been sending him copies of checks & receipts, he gets copies from bluecross blueshield when we pay the dr. & rx. X keeps saying he needs proof. What else does he need to repay me. payment is now up to $1,004.00 for the doctor & Rx, another $350.00 for school. We will be going back to court since we live in Fl & will be letting a different judge make him pay what was court ordered.X works for the state of AL. I was told it shouldnt be hard for them to take the money out of his paycheck. keep hearing from friends in his home town about him spending money on OW & her 3 kids, new car, ring and house hunting together. Doesnt he think this will look bad on him when we go before a different Judge? X thinks if he only pays his childsupport & spousal support he wont get into trouble with the courts. Has anyone else gone back to court trying to make the x pay? my new attorney said if X didnt pay he could go to jail. This is not what I want. Since X has OW & his new friends he has gone downhill. Everytime I think he couldnt go any lower he suprises me with something new.

Short answer - no.
Same story - supposed to pay yadayadayada - I give him receipts (make sure you keep a copy) but still nothing.
Only the court does any good.
It's sad, but necessary.
Maybe you can put something into your agreement that specifies a time period for reimbursement - like 30 days after the event.
Otherwise garnishments are great things!

Short answer here too....no, but I do get a substancial amount. He should be paying in more because it is based on a percentage of his current wage.
Court is the only option for me too, since he KNOWS what he should be paying, and has done nothing about it. Also he is fighting spousal support. As well as everything else to do with money.
