got my copy of our appeal to court of civil appeals of al. asking appeal courts to override judge taking half of navy retirment away from me. X was giving it to me, judge turned out to be fatherinlaw friend, my attorney told me that the day of D-court. I never even seen most of the papers that were given to the court of escambia county al. that X filed with his attorney. It seems x wanted our son college money & half of everything way before the final sit down. X claimed he didnt think about this stuff til my attorney made him mad just before the finial date. What a jerk. When he told both me & our son he was leaving to be with MOW just taking his cloths he was lying. inside is copies of our savings, included son that he wanted half, our home he wanted half & everything inside. Lied on his form about monthly bills. Food $150 month? he ate at his mom house everyday, then told our son he was eating noodles because he didnt have money for food. In court he told a different story, MOW was bring him meals. cloths $50 month? he is still wearing the cloths I bought at the goodwill for him, mom buys his jeans every xmas. His shoes are from high school back in 1976. X wouldnt spend a dime on himself or family before MOW. Never been to the dentist since released from Navy in 99, or the dr. Gets R.X. drugs from his RN girlfriend free but still claimed them. I cant believe X ask the courts to give him startrek tapes, football mini helmets? he sold them at our yard sale before he left home to be with MOW. Had the nerve to ask for his class ring, X cleaned out his personal items the night he walked out on us. Maybe he should ask OW what she did with it. X tells our son he is paying for son health insurance, I have the paper that shows they took it off my amount of childsupport to pay for it. X wonders why his only child wont speak to him, he cant be trusted. I will never understand how he did the things he did not only to me but our child. Another mans wife meant more to him than his family who loved him.
