Hello to all, I am new to this forum. I have been hanging in the JFO and the GQII forums but now I guess this is my new home.

I got the Dv papers last night. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="images/icons/frown.gif" />

I will post more soon but for anyone interested here is the link to my current thread in GQII

I could use prayers and support for those that have been down this road.

Thanks

STTSI:

I note from your sig line and the thread you posted that your W started her A just 2 months after you got M'd? After you've been together for 5 years?

It sounds like she has a problem with commitment that didn't crop up until after she M'd you. I would take as long as you legally have to sign the paperwork. Stall if you want to. You certainly don't have to be a willing participant in this game of hers. And though you are in plan B, THAT will show her you are sticking by your own principles as much as you are able to.

You weren't really given much of an opportunity to do a good plan A, but that may be just how the cards were dealt. Since her A is only 5 months or so old, there's still a reasonable chance that she could pull her head out in the months to come.

Please take care of yourself,
-Qfwfq

qfwfq- Thanks for your reply. You are right we never had a chance to get our M off the ground.

I was planning on taking as long as possible to sign the papers since I don't believe in divorce but after seeing her demandds in the petition I have no more love for her. All I feel for her is pitty and hate. I pitty her for wha she is doing to herself and I hate her for what she is putting me through. If I ever see her again it will be too soon!

I had hoped that someday soon she might realise what she is doing and understand that it is wrong. But, since she has the full support of her parents I don't think that will ever happen.

I guess deep inside I stil love her since I am crying as I write these words.

So now I have a question about forgiveness. How do you know when you have forgiven someone? I would like to send her a letter and tell her that I am trying to forgive her and become a better man from this situation. But I don't honestly know if I have forgiven her!

Do you ever forgive this? How do you know you have? I think it feels easier for me since I have NC with her so the A is not in my face anymore. The message at church today was about forgiveness and how we need to forgive others of their sins. I would love to forgive her but I don't know if I can with the A still going on.

BTW, I am back to wanting my M again. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" /> Everyday I have different feelings about my M and my WW.
