I got papers and my lawyer talked to her lawyer and they say that they have been taping me and have some letters that I wrote to her over the years the thing is I have been pravoked into argueing and not agreeing on things I do not think that she has given 100% in this marriage I am going before the judge in march and I am going to tell him that we both need counceling to try and help us out if we go through a long counciling and it does not work out I will agree to a divorce . What do you think. I am going to try to start counceling anyway.

delta- I see you haven't posted that much so I don't know your story. Without more info I can't give too much advice.
I will say that I feel most marriages can be saved but both people have to WANT to save it. I am anti-divorce but that is the road my WW has taken me down. I feel that a good MC can save a marriage but again BOTH parties have to want to save it. Sometimes one person can keep a marriage together long enough for the other to come around.
Talk to the Judge, delay as long as possible. I will pray for you. STTSI

Delaying the divorce will only make them want it all the more. I know because I have lived this out.You never win anyone back by trying to control. You may cause it to take longer but, you will have more strife between the two of you.
