I guess you are only as old as you feel.

I know that I am not only young, but I look young too. People at work say that I look like a young college student.

Once, a guy campaigning for judge came by the house and asked if my parents were home to speak to them about the election. Little did he know he was speaking to the owner! It was this past fall!

Was 30 when my ex left, now I'm 34. Ex will be 36 next week.

Met my new H when I was 32 and he was 28. He's almost 30 now. (said I'd never date a younger man and I ended up marrying one! LOL)

I'm 41, and feel 25 on some days and 95 on others!

I was wondering...what is old fart dating LIKE?? Do I need to bring air freshener or what?? heehee.

Okay, so I'm too old to be doing the meat-market thing again. And I won't date a guy I meet in a bar! But if you get a crush on the guy next to you in church, how do you ask him if he's married without sounding like a boob (or having one sag)?? AARRGGHH!! Is THAT old fart dating, or in my case is it "old fartess" dating?? And since I am not "middle" aged what are my dating ranges--older than my son but younger than my dad?

OY! It's too much!!! I'm dizzy! I think I better lay down.

hahaha well i am only 26, but I have had 2 guys ask me out at work. I declined both times but it was interesting- one was 46 and one was 23. I have more in common and like the 46 YO better but geez!!! My friend said I should go out with him and call him daddy!! LOL!! My boss did inform me that I acted like I was in my 30s and so did the 46 year old so it could even out!! (NAH)

I'm 40. In truth, this age wasn't as hard as turning 30 for me.

I look at the dating range as being 38 to 48, but really am not thinking much about it right now.

CJ, wedding rings are one of the first things to look for on an 'interesting' man. Generally, if they are wearing one it's a good sign they are married and actually are active members of the marriage. If they aren't wearing one, then the trick is to figure out if they are unmarried, married but don't wear rings for work purposes, or married and take the ring off to go off on "conquests". I figure all you can do is say hello and see where it goes from there, lol.

I'm 40, have been married to the same man since I was 17. I am afraid of what the dating world might be like now. Geez, I dont even remember what it was like to go on a date!
I guess I will have to turn to my 20 yr. old daughter for tips... can you see us double dating??? Better yet, fighting over the same guy? lol

I'll be 61 in July. And the proper appelation is Ye Olde Farte! Old Goat, Old Geezer. I always thought this forum was the ladies room, now I feel like I'm in the playpen too. You are very, very young from my point of view.

I'm 45 but have a birthday looming this summer. I've been told I look ten years younger, especially since I highlighted my hair and let it grow out (hey - can't be outdone by hubby with HIS mid-life crisis hair)

Put me in the same boat with WGTT and Sunrise

I'm 44, and since getting my hair cut dif and losing weight because of this, I've been carded quite a bit. Also people think my grand daughter is mine, so I love it. Don't mind being my age just can't stand what I'm going thru!

Found that I really like dating however. I had a great time.

I'm 52 and trying to get my life in order. You feel young at times, and times you feel like digging a hole. My wayward husband is 52 also.

Sad eyes, you are the greatest.
