X came to school to see son, hasnt seen son since 5-02. We live in another state that doesnt enforce out of state custody. son has told dad he doesnt want anything to do with OW or him. Teacher ask son did he want to see his dad. Son said with angry NO. X left without seeing him. X left son Xmas presents, a Dell computer. Son ended up trading X computer to a friend for some ps2 games. IF X had read my letter a few months ago, it was son xmas list. wrote him to let X know about the new dell 4600 computer & just buy some computer games if he wanted to. I was mad, X has made threats to me & said he would come & take son away by force. called his work place at sheriff office, they told me he quit his job & went back to parole office job. Was shock, called OW X, found out she was with X while he was here. reason X had to quit was OW is going back to college for the next 5 yrs. X & OW bought a new van. Now I know why X is behind $2000 on court ordered medical for his son. The cost of keeping a younger woman happy. OW told her X that my X is a perfectness, NO he is a controlling person. Her Co-workers said X has a fit if she doesnt show up on time. X gives her time limits to be places. So much for the trust. X is not suppose to M until our appeal is over. Their checking account has her last name as his. Sheriff dept in Brewton told me to get a restraining order against X. Fl is asking AL childsupport to make X pay court ordered medical bills. I will contact them on monday to let them know about X workplace.

You and your son don't need contact with this man at this time. You can't convince him of anything. A restraining order sounds like a great idea. How old is your son that he is being put through this?
