First of all relax.
What is the problem? Old issues, taxes, other things? You have a daughter. Is she still in the house? Don't move out or you will stand to loose your house. If she moves out do not let her take your daughter. You have just as many rights as she does.
Read the info on this site. Have you gone to counseling? Is she willing to try and work things out?
Good Luck

Mr Pat
Just protect yourself to begin with? Something I did not do, and I lost everything. Everything important to me, family, her, myself, and of course all the material stuff too, but that stuff doesn't matter. It has been a year, and I still miss her. Does she have someone else, if she does find out about it before she makes the choice of the other man over you. I know it sounds sort of cold but you need the upper hand in whatever happens. If you have an upper hand things will be more likely to go the way you want it to go, ie saving your marriage.
Good Luck
