i understand the 15 hrs of undivided attention, but can anyone give me advice on how to do it with a 2 1/2 yr old & a breastfeeding 3 month old? (or something similar?) we haven't been able to sit down & schedule our hours, since i breastfeed my baby, & she's not on a strict, predictable schedule. the only time we have really is when our toddler takes a nap in the afternoon (which isn't the same time everyday), and when they are both asleep at night. help, anyone??!! First, welcome to the MB forum.
i don't have kids myself, so you can take my advice with a pinch of salt. But, what about taking the children for a walk together? I dunno if that would count.
