You are born before 1.16.72, in the year of the PIG. He before 1.30.68 in the year of the GOAT. Son93: ROOSTER. Daughter96: RAT. Daughter02: HORSE.
On my 'Character Combination Card' is indicated in 'Life Partner' for long term living together of
PIG-wife with GOAT-man 'good'.
As long as he doesn't go beyond all bounds, the Pig will put up with the Goat. Pig and Goat belong (with Cat) tot the same trio, the trio of the creatives, of the lightweights in dominance; with both other signs in the same trio exist strong ties.
In 'Parent-Child':
PIG with ROOSTER-child 'good'
Lucky Rooster! Th Pig will do everything to understand him and make him happy.
PIG with RAT-child 'good'
Fine, They wil have a lot of laughs together, and if the Rat does take advantage a bit, who cares?
PIG with HORSE-child 'good'
The inevitable departure from home of the Horse will upset the Pig, especially as it's always earlier than expected.
GOAT with ROOSTER-child 'difficult'
Mutal exasperation! There's no common ground here at all.
GOAT with RAT-child 'difficult'.
What on earth can be done here? (if mama is the goat the damage is less).
GOAT with HORSE-child 'good'.
Yes, as long as the Goat doesn't count on the Horse too much to look after him in his declining years.

GOODGRIEF
You are born in 1972 in the year of the RAT. He72: RAT. Daughter99: CAT. Son+Daughter02: HORSE.
RAT-wife with RAT-man 'good'
Two Rats love one another with an especially tender affection. What a love affair! Like this, the rest of the world can go hang! A bit too much togetherness. They may both be too conscientious and domesticated. When they are too alike, they could suffer from overexposure to each other's personality. Mr. Rat could be more easygoing than Mrs. Rat here, who may have an inclination to be fussy and bossy. Two worldly and calculating signs who may watch each other rather intently and not like the close-up picture they see.
In 'Parent-Child':
RAT with CAT-child 'perhaps'
RAT with HORSE-child 'difficult'.
Rat and Horse are each other's opposites. The Horse will rear up in the shafts. He'll leave home very young because Father and Mother Rat gets on his nerves so much. What can you do?!!! See the last part of my message to MAMA on August 12, 2002, 8:58 AM. !!!!!

You are born in 1971, in the year of the PIG. He before 2.13.64, in the year of the CAT.
On my 'Character Combination Card' is indicated in 'Life Partner' for long term living together of
PIG-wife with CAT-man 'very good'
Good, very good, as long as the Pig controls that love of low life! Pig and Cat belong (with Goat) to the same trio, the trio of the creatives, of the light weights in dominance; with both other signs in the same trio exist strong ties.

FIGHTING
She is born in 1973, in the year of the OX. He before 2.3.73, in the year of the RAT.
In my book 'The Character Combination Card' is indicated in 'Life Partner' for long term living together of
OX-wife with RAT-man 'good'
A couple of good ones. The woman wears the trousers, but she is faithful and realistic and she'll make the Rat happy. The ardently demonstrative Rat could make the Ox lady more responsive and less obstinate.

Mine with the Horse daughter is scary, about her leaving home earlier than expected. She's not ours completely, we are raising her for a relative, waiting for the state to terminate rights. That's scary, I hope it doesn't mean she's going to leave home WAY earlier than expected.

You are born in 1959, in the year of the PIG. He56: MONKEY. Daughter before 1.27.90: SNAKE. Son93: ROOSTER.
PIG-wife with MONKEY-man 'perhaps'
This could work. It's so easy to put one over on a Pig that the Monkey can't be bothered: it would give him no pleasure. Besides, he thinks a lot of the Pig.
There may be a strong attraction for each in this combination, but the trials of everyday married life could wear it away. The PIg lady is prodding, energetic and staunchly devoted to her loved ones and her goals, but she operates more on blind faith, and in this case the Monkey cannot resist the urge to take advantage of her innocent nature. She, on the other hand, benefits from his financial acumen and guile but is not impressed by his unscrupulous and opportunistic ways. He finds her overconscientious about spreading goodwill about. He could also resent her extravagant generosity at his expense. Both may need extra efforts to put up with one another's frailties. A ancien saying is: 'When the Pig meets the Monkey, there are always tears'.
In 'Parent-Child':
PIG with SNAKE-child 'perhaps'
Pig and Snake are each other's opposites.
This will work at the Pig's expense. A mother Pig can become a complete slave to a Snake child. The Snake is a thinker and a heavyweight in dominance. The creative Pig is a lightweight in it. So the Snake is the boss.
PIG with ROOSTER-child 'good'
Lucky Rooster! The Pig will do everything to understand him and make him happy. Also the Rooster is a heavyweight in dominance.
Snake and Rooster belong (with Ox) to the same trio, the trio of the thinkers, of the heavyweights in dominance. With both other signs in the same trio exist strong ties.
MONKEY wit SNAKE-child 'good'
Not too bad, guile and wisdom can make perfect bedfellows.
MONKEY with ROOSTER-child 'difficult'
Mutal exasperation! There's no common ground here at all.

You are born in 1967, in the year of the GOAT. He65: SNAKE.
On my 'Character Combination Card' is indicated for long term living together of
GOAT-wife with SNAKE-man 'good'
The Goat will mend her ways if the Snake is rich enough. But what a perfomance. The lusty Snake may like to get wrapped around the object of his affections but he won't like it when the Goat clings to him indefinitely. He will feel trapped. The realistic and efficient Snake is basically an achiever. The Goat is sensitive, sentimental and docile. He will sacrifice a great deal to realize his ambitions. She is self-indulgent and may be easily discouraged when the going gets rough. He is highly intelligent and she is highly emotional. They may find it hard to bridge the gaps in their relationship in times of dificulty.

MARRIED MAN
She is born in 1960, in the year of the RAT. He57: ROOSTER.
RAT-wife with ROOSTER-man 'difficult'
He is bossy and dogmatic and prone to giving lectures. She is balky about criticism and can be sharp and petty when offended. He lacks the sensitivity and warmth she seeks in a mate. Her resourcefulnes and competence make her unwilling to follow his orders blindly. Not a promising match for either party. They tend to agitate each other unnecessarily.
Signs for the ROOSTER-man:
'Very good': OX, DRAGON
'Good': SNAKE
'Perhaps': none
'Difficult': RAT, TIGER, HORSE, GOAT, MONKEY, DOG, PIG
'Very difficult': CAT, ROOSTER

SUE WITH HOPE
You are born in 1961, in the year of the OX. He67: GOAT. Son93: ROOSTER. Son95: DOG. Daughter98: TIGER.
In 'Life Partner' for long term living together of
OX-wife with GOAT-man 'very dificult'.
Bad! The Ox lady will end up by showing master Goat to the door, with no regrets. The Goat is artistic and leisurely. He must savor and enjoy life as he pleases. The Ox lady is dutiful enough to keep house and take good care of her family, but she will not relish complying with his indulgent and impractical demands. He must be loved and appreciated to bring out the best in him. She expects order and discipline and will tend to be too commanding for the Goat. She is resolute and uncompromising and feels she must make optimum use of her time and energy. He is artistic and must wait for the right mood to strike him. She is impatient and scornful of his soft ways and he is thoroughly adverse to regimentation and being pushed around. Drastic changes needed for both sides to cohabit peacefully. The conservatif and authoritarian Ox is a thinker and a heavyweight in dominance. The artistic Goat is an lightweight in dominance. The Ox is the boss.
In 'Parent-Child':
OX-mother with ROOSTER-son 'good'
Yes, the Rooster will put up with authority if he's allowed to strut. Ox and Rooster belong together (with Snake) to the same trio, the trio of the thinkers, of the heavyweights in dominance. With both other signs in the same trio exist strong ties.
OX-mother with DOG-son 'difficult'
No. They will get on each other's nerves. The Ox cannot tolerate people who stand up to her and argue.
OX-mother with TIGER-daughter 'difficult'
Impossible! The Tiger must get out as soon as possible, or the Ox mother will destroy her.
Will damage the original Tiger character.
What can you do?!!!
*** Make sure that the child never has to ask whether you love him or her.
*** Make sure it never has to feel the need to make a good impression on you.
*** Cuddling!!! Listening!!! Praise!!!
+ Never say: "You're a horrible child!", but only criticize specific disobedience.
+ Even if your child is not "the apple in your eye", behave as if he or she is.
+ Kind and strict. Consistent strictness with love gives the child security.
+ Make sure that your child is certain that you highly esteem it, till 18 years , especially till 5 years.
GOAT-father with ROOSTER-son 'difficult'
Mutual exasperation! There's no common ground here at all.
GOAT-father with DOG-son 'perhaps'.
The Dog will take his distance very early, but he'll never let the Goat down.
GOAT-father with TIGER-daughter 'difficult'
There will be no peace here! The Tiger risk devouring the Goat heedlessly. Probably not if the orinal Tiger character is damage by the Ox.

I have not read all of the posts here but I get the idea--our character is determined by when we are born (like astrology?). I don't buy it. This kind of stuff can be amusing, but I would never make a decision about a relationship based on something like this.

One is none too clever if one doesn't take advantage of it.
I can tell you after more than 15 years of research on the combination of years of birth.

Jaap

I am more into Jungian psychology and Myers-Briggs or enneagram personality typology. I believe in personality/character types and that some types are more "compatible" than others. I am just a hard sell on believing that it has anything to do with year of birth. A lot of people were born in the years my W and I were born. I know lots of people born in my year and we are all different. The value of astrology, I Ching, your system, etc. is that they give us something to bounce off of. For example, if you say I have "horse" or "rat" qualities, I can then look at myself and see those qualities that I might not otherwise have seen. Again, this stuff can be fun, but choosing someone based on the year they were born--I will pass.
