it took me a while to decide whether I would tell or not ... babies have brought pain to every one of us. I did not want to inflict any new pain and suffering on any of you beloved friends on this forum.
broken_wings, happy_girl, tigger4jdt, gemini, cdcollins, Not Giving Up, takingcare, Mrs. Job, Leelee, gabi, and lsb, I thank you for your warm responses and best wishes. I particularly appreciate your prayers since they will be sorely needed.
Catnip, my darlin' friend, I am so glad that your healing has begun with me. Although I do not appreciate your healing enough to name my child Ruby Begonia...
We have become a family on this forum and I felt that I had to take a chance and share this with all of you.
lsb, we have two children, boy (9), girl (8). I have suffered with infertility for most of my life and had children very late in life. More than anything I wanted a house full but God had other plans. I suffered a number of miscarriages, including one at 4 months and a set of twins. The loss of the twins was devastating and I gave up the dream of the six chidren.
I will keep everyone posted. I will be unemployed in about two weeks -- bed rest until the delivery. I appreciate your prayers and hope that you will continue to remember me in them.
love and thanks,
heavenly

Hey Heavenly,
Betrayal and rejection brought me pain, not my beautiful Angel, she is a joy! God bless you and your baby, a true miracle. You are in my prayers.

------------------
Gregg

My dear Gregg,
I didn't think of it that way -- you have summed it up so beautifully and yet so simply. The OCs are not the cause of the pain. Thank you for reminding me and thank you for your best wishes.
love,
heavenly

Hey heavenly,
My h also wanted 6 kids. but once we had four, the idea of adding two more wasn't quite as appealing to him! He realized that they already have us outnumbered 2 to 1. [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
I will be praying for your continued health throughout your pregnancy.
I also want to point out that all this bedrest time would be an ideal opportunity to work on that handbook. No excuses now, my dear heavenly [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
with love,
cd

heavenly,
I too wish you all the best! (was this posted somewhere else? I'm confused!) Having experienced pregnancy losses too, I sincerely pray for your and new baby's health and safety this year. When are you expecting? I've really enjoyed your posts.
congrads! So, cd, ulterior motives? Now I have no excuse not to write the "Guide to an OW/OC"?? Not a terribly subtle hint, so I guess I better get to work.
Jenny, I am due December 7th -- long way to go -- but it will be a wonderful Christmas present. You missed the announcement because it was part of Gabi's post, then Broken_wings wrote to me about it and I answered her. Things have been moving so fast on this board lately that it is hard to keep up.
love,
heavenly
