I think it is either target or walmart that has those 600 free hours of AOL discs for free, maybe you can try one of them. I wrote about how i am sort of upset that hubby got huge pay increase because ow immediately filed for a modification and you wrote me about your disgust with it also. I posted on another topic though and i hate feeling like I am diverting away from someones original topic. Do you know how severe the penalties for not filing change of income is in this state? We asked lawyer and they are harsh it is considered a violoation of court and can lead to fines, jail you name it. My hubby is going to go for the increase we are involved with oc now so it takes away some of the pain.

Dear whatif,
I know exactly what you are talking about. Do you know what really kills me? I'm sure that domestic relations would throw my h in jail if he failed to report a change (we are very careful to inform them of all changes) but ow has neglected to update them on her circumstances time and time again. And they never say a word about her doing it. They are so biased in her favor that it's almost ridiculous. In the past, they have even allowed ow to claim 90 hours a week in babysitting costs for oc, when she was actually working less than 40 hours a week. She even said that part of the time, oc was at the sitters while ow napped or went out on dates. And they STILL made h pay for his share of those child care costs. In essence, he was paying for ow to go out and get laid a couple times a week. Go figure.
Still, I guess we have it good compared to some other states. At least they have never included MY income. If I had to pay out a portion of my paycheck to ow, I think my "no-murder" policy would fly right out the window!
-cd
