H went to court yet again. The first time OP wanted her Layer oops lawyer present so judge adjourned it. 2nd time she didn't show up and the judge issued a warrent. 3rd time, today no show again. The jusge said there was nothing he could do because he couldn't force her to provide the info for the medical insurance H has been trying to get (like her income, rent, etc) She is living with her layer oops I did it again, lawyer, and the insurance would consider his income as well so it's in her best interest not to apply. However, she keeps having ER bills sent to my home. <BR>Judge said there was nothing he could do regarding her using his name. Judge could not fine her or anything forH's lost wages for each day she did not show up. In other words b**** does as she pleases and gets away with it. <P>Because I am now undergoing an IVF cycle and have been trying really hard to stay positive, I'm trying not to let this affect me. The drugs I am taking are enough. LOL<P>However, I think that once the IVF cycle is complete and I am safely carrying our child, I will be filing for legal separation (a faux one) and petitioning for CS and spousal support. If anyone knows if there is spousal support in NY or where I can get the information, please let me know.<BR> The OC is going to be going to school next year and I wouldn't be surprised if she petitioned for more $. I won't let her get more than the 17% OC is legally entitled to whcih she gets now because she claimed child care expenses (which are untrue). <P>I have questions about doing this. Those that have done this what do you do about taxes, Insurance, credit cards, mortgages,and other policies that are shared by you and your spouse.<P>Any information would be helpful<P>

I just finished speaking with H about the other details. H says the judge would have to give her more $ if she did fill out the insurance form because the insurance premium bill would go to her. So of course she can't pay for it alone. The cs would be adjusted in her favor because she would be paying the $ with her cs which we provide to her. So in other words she pays the premiun with our money. To add insult to injury, we have to pay her H percentage from the order. <BR>I told H not to waste his time persuing this any more because she must have ins coverage for OC. OC is 5 months older than our daughter. OC is 3 and must have had well visits and immunization shots with a physician. We have not received any bills for that. Only ER bills (I think it's her way of reminding me of their existance). So I told H not to bother. How many times can she possibly take the OC to the ER?<BR>As far as the name, the OC will be going to school next year. I can't see how she would be able to register her with H's name since the bc reflects her last name and we believe that in NY you need consent from parent for a name change. I hope. Let her deal with her child's identity confusion which she caused.<P>

I suggest you post your story to her if you are interested in assisting in changing this evil and corrupt system.<P>BTW, our court order is from Nassau county in NY and they are mandating about 70% of my husband's wages instead of the prescribed 17% because we once owned a business of our own and think we cooked the books. Their decisions are arbitrary and not scrutinized under any state of federal law...They can pull numbers out of thin air and mandate ridiculous orders without considering your financial records or tax returns...be very careful of NY family court. They are a rotten bunch of a##holes that won't give you or your situation any consideration whatsoever and will reward the OW (Opportunist Whore) for schlepping your husband as if she were a wife of several years rather than a bang or two over the course of weeks or months who plotted to intentionally get herself knocked up to nail your husband to the INCOME SHARES CROSS.<P>Stay strong<P>Catnip =^^=
