Hi everyone,
It's been awhile. A lot of things have happened since my last post.
The great news is that H and I are finally, after starting IVF in May (1 year after d-day),are expecting. Not only are we expecting, we are expecting twins. I'm so excited. Although it has been an uphill battle to get to this fertile point, all the stress has helped me focus on us more than IT.
Because of all the medications, I sometimes feel very emotional about IT but now that I have 2 angels growing inside of me and relying on my well being, I am really trying to concentrate on my family.
I'm not out of the woods yet (haven't seen the heartbeats yet), but I'm optimistic.
H is being great about it. He is making this pregnancy so much more pleasurable than our first (because he is concentrating solely on us and not IT).
Keep praying for us.
Thank you for all of your support.

That is good news!!! That gives me hope, too - not to have children right now, but just that it can and does get better. Thanks for letting us share in your joy. Your post put a smile on my face because lately this forum has been a little on the depressing side.
May God hold you in his arms for the next 8(?) months (and always).
Love,
Julia

Dear healing,
May God bless you and watch over the precious lives that you are carrying. I am sorry that I am not familiar with your story, but put aside all the sadness and pain of the OW/OC for now. Concentrate on enjoying every moment of those tiny lives growing inside you. And make every day a memory for the future.
With love and blessings,
heavenly

For those of you who don't remember me, I originally posted as "Tormented" As things started to get better (yes they are getting better) I wanted to be known as someone who is determined to make her life with her family (H included) a happy one with a bright future so I changed my name to Healing my Spirit, which I have been doing slowing but surely.

Thank you so much for all of your support.
The thought of not only of being successful again with the invitro (I'm two for two), but that we will be expanding our family with two angels is the kind of happiness that helps put things into perspective and put aside all of those terrible thoughts and hurt feelings.
I have something wonderful to think about and take care of.
I will keep you informed of my progress if it's okay. I know that pregnancy is a sensitive issue for many of you, as it still is with me. However, I hope that my happiness (1 1/2 years post d-day) can be a source of inspiration for those of you who don't think you will ever see the light.
Thank you again for all of your prayers. I'm not out of the woods yet.

Congratulations and please, please, please take it easy and rest and stay off your feet. If you have long-term disability, get your doctor to let you take off work, if you are working. It is sooo important.
After having delivered my twins at 25 weeks, and birthweight at 1.08 and 1.10 respectively, I have a WHOLE different outlook on carrying multiples.
No, you're not an invalid, but you are pregnant with multiples and it is a whole different ball of wax than carrying singletons.
I'm praying for a full-term, uneventful pregnancy for you, and for a smooth delivery and minimal distress during your recovery. CONGRATULATIONS! Don't even lift a finger to do laundry! I'm begging you!
