Thanksgiving to me brings back all sorts of memories. It was around Thanksgiving in 1995 that I found out my first husband cheated on me. (and named our second daughter after his OW!) So for the longest time, Turkey day was something that I really didn't care to be too thankful for.
We ended up divorced. My second daughter is a joy to me and I don't blame her for the name that I unknowingly bestowed upon her...
Life got better. Then now, here in 2001, I am going through yet another holiday with this situation of OW/OC on my mind.
I will be trusting God for better turkey-days ahead. I will be praying for all of you in your various walks and different situations.
I have a new motto....NO FEAR!
Have a good one people and I will be back to check in after I stuff myself...heh heh....
Hugs to y'all......
twiisty
Things really do get better, it just takes some time and luckily the valleys are between the mountains so we have time to stop and catch our breath before the next crisis hits!!!!!
