As I read the board today, I am again saddened.<p>What has our board become? MaryJanes made the comment that we need to be focused on the principles of this website and that we have drifted from them. <p>I am still very “new” to this site and am not fully knowledgeable of these principles, but I come to this site to read and hopefully learn them and from those that have been adhering to them. <p>And lately, when I come to the site to read the post of my new dear friends, I am finding posts that are confrontational, attacking and down right hurtful. <p>Why are we here anyway? I am here to learn, to help and to be helped. What is the point of confronting each other? What good does it do to respond to those that are attacking you?<p>This is harmful for those involved and also for those of us that are sitting back, lurking and witnessing it all.<p>Personally, I feel that this is another example of LoveBusters. Though these attacks may not be made against a spouse, yet… are just as painful and angrily made.<p>For those of you that KNOW your posts are only meant to attack… PLEASE refrain from them.
They are not needed here, NOR are they wanted. <p>Thank you to those who are trying to maintain a supportive atmosphere here. You are the cornerstones of this board and will remain standing when the rest fall…<p>And to those that feel that quoting the scriptures is silly or insignificant… IF someone feels the need to do so, it is his or her right… and privilege to do so.
God Bless those that feel comfortable enough to do so.
