Please, seek legal advice immediately to put off the court date. This involves money for the next 18 years.

Absolutely, find yourself a good attorney immediately! Do NOT go into a child support hearing unrepresented. -cd

I hired a lawyer today. OW made it a point to file for support while on disability so that her income would appear to be 1/3 less then her actual salery. How wicked. Thank God I already have a support order in place that was started in 1994 and never updated. I'm sure she'll be surprised when she finds that out. Big dummy does not even realize she just had a baby by a sex addict(venting). Initially the Lawyer was not going to take the case until I explained my situation and told him that I wanted my interest to be protected to the fullest even though child support is pretty cut and dry.
This woman has no remorse not to mention a heart. Her intentions are to bring harm to my family in any way that she can because she can't have my H the way she wants him. What's really sad is there's no laws out here to protect US the wives and families who are seriously damaged emotionally and financially because two so called adults didn't have and moral values. This makes me wonder what's the real purpose for being married in such a society.
