Skor Bar Squares
5 Skor bars(put in blender, 1 or 2 at a time) 1 box Ritz crackers (in blender till crumbs form) 1 can condensed milk
Mix all ingredients together in bowl. Put in greased 8x8 pan. Bake at 350 10-12 minutes. Do not overbake! Cool and cut into small squares.
These were simple to make and a big hit at Doc's work!! Not exactly a cookie but then again I'm not exactly the baking type.... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="images/icons/grin.gif" />

These are the best chocolate chip cookies ever. My children take them to school and all the kids want one. (The secret is the chocolate pudding mix)
Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 1/4 cups of flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 cup softened butter 1 cup brown sugar 1 pkg. ( 4 serving size) instant chocolate pudding 1 tsp. vanilla extract 2 eggs 1 pkg. chocolate chips
Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, sugar, pudding mix and vanilla in mixing bowl and beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in the eggs. Gradually add the flour mixture, then stir in the chocolate chips. Bake at 300 degrees for 12-15 minutes.

Snowballs
½ c. butter 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. sifted flour 1 c. chopped pecans 1 box powdered sugar
Cream together butter, granulated sugar and vanilla. Gradually add flour. Stir in pecans. Roll into balls the size of large marbles and bake at 325 for 20 to 25 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm. Let cool and then roll in powered sugar again.
For a twist (ha ha) you can add colored sugars to the powdered sugar.
