Since there seem to be a few people dealing with texas child support issues, I felt this is something they might need to know.

If you are going through the AG's office, you will mediate first. If nothing can be decided, then you will go to court. The first judge will probably be a Master Judge. Not a regular Family court judge.

Now this is the important thing! If you do not like the ruling, you only have 3 DAYS, to file an appeal. Then you will go in front of a regular Family Court judge.
