Wow! Am I ever mad!! I talked to H on the phone this morning and he is still defending the OW! I finally got angry and told him that if he was willing to work on our relationship, then that was fine. He refuses to tell her that we were trying to work on our relationship and that he is moving out of their apartment.
I think his refusal to do this has held up a big sign for me. I told him I'm not going to play these games and if he was interested in working things out between us to call me. Until then, leave me alone. Also, I told him not to worry about letting me know about what his lawyer said and his lease with his apartment unless he was serious about us.
I was doing a pretty good job plan A-ing until all of this. My H doesn't know it, but I am taking the OW's phone bill down to my attorney this morning. The Ow's H sent it to me a couple of days ago and it is 7 pages long!
Do you think it is time for plan-B or should I just keep trying to plan A? Our divorce is suppose to be final next month, and my H seems to try harder when there is no contact between us.

Take a deep breath! These things happen. Don't kick yourself too much. I have no advice as to Plan A or Plan B, but forgive yourself for your outburst. [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]

Preceed with caution! That was what I was hinting to in my question to you this morning. It just seemed all to convenient for him to slide back to OW once he moves back home. He is paying half the rent and then he could use the excuse, "well i had to do this to the apt. that's why I was there". I hate being negative, but keep both eyes open. Did he give you a date of when he would tell OW he is moving out and back to you? Do you think that he is telling you that he is coming back because he is afraid of financial woes if you divorce him?
