Everyone

I appreciate all that answered my post. The ideas were great and I hope to use many of them of the next weeks and months. My W came back from England (where the OM lives) after 12 days. I was the first she called when she arrived (6:00 am). I was encouraged by that and she did email me about an item that she all ready new the answer to. She called a few minutes ago, the first we have talked since she moved out of the house 2 ½ weeks ago. It was a short talk. She said she was going to see if the councilor was ready to meet with us jointly. I had a session today and he said he was not ready for that yet since we still had different agendas. She wants to leave and I want her back.
She said she wanted to move forward. When I asked her if that meant towards working out our differences she said she "didn't know...not necessarily". I was encourage by the phone call and email and some other things but "not necessarily" puts me on the down side of the roller coaster ride that all of you good people talk about.
That's they way it works I guess. I'll be up most of the night depressed. Maybe tomorrow will bring something better. I would love to do the Love Unit Depositing but I will need to at least have her in the frame of mind to accept it without getting upset. I do not know that she is in that frame of mind now.
I will try a little love depositing... a rose and a short note in her car. You have to force this even if she does things to depress you I guess.
Anyway, thanks for the lovely ideas, thoughts and prayers. I've only been on the site a couple of days...I expect I will be here for quite a while.
My prayers are with all of you!!
J Willy

Keep posting...
The ups and downs can go on for a while...
One thing to consider is lowering your expectations on her responses to anything you do... honestly!
If you feel your depression is getting serious... you have to judge that... do see a doctor...
...if medications are prescribed... they usually take 4-6 weeks before they kick in. See in my Notable Posts/Threads post the section on Medication/Stress:.
Prayers... ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/smile.gif)
Jim
