I know the only way to go is up!
I'm thankful for my three children and the relationship that I am reestablishing with them. Together we are going to grow in faith!
I'm thankful that I am able to heal and go to school over the next couple of years so that I can have a new career.
I'm thankful that I have H's family for support with the kids.
I'm thankful for my friends, especially the new ones I have made here, who truly understand the devastation and are able to offer the kind of support of someone who is definately walking in your shoes.
I'm thankful for the wonderful years of raising our children together and the love we shared. (I just need to compartmentalize the previous 13 years from the past year)
I am thankful for the suffering that has allowed me to grow in ways I might not have otherwise (this one is still hard to say as I still have a lot of hurt, but I do know I have grown.)
I am thankful for my health and the health of my children.
I am thankful for today. I will be patient, and loving and try to really look at everyone in my life with appreciation.
Just felt the need to be positive. Rock bottom was hearing those words "I'm not coming back" and realizing I have the choice to do what I want to in my life.

I can't say I've ever walked in your shoes, but I do keep up with you and look forward to reading your posts. Getting and keeping a positive attitude isn't easy but when you try long enough and hard enough you'll manage somehow. Hang onto to those good thoughts.

Hi TT
Print out those positive thoughts for days when you're feeling a little down. Put them on your refrigerator or something so you can see them every day.
Stay strong. You'll get throught this.
((((((((((((tootrusting))))))))))))
