Hi Lora,
As Judy says the update is in recovery. One party down, another tomorrow.
I did have a melt-down on Tuesday, just cried most of the day. I made an appointment with our counselor for this morning (thurs)with Guard. I slid into the very bad past--Guard has left me after the holidays the past 2 years, and I'm freaking a bit now that Christmas is everywhere. And, my falling low makes Guard feel bad as well, he can't change what he did, and says he doesn't think we're moving forward.
I know we're moving forward, it's just very slowly at times. I think our counselor can help us both put it into perspective. He communicates this sort of thing better with Guard than I do.
And, of course, I just have to get a grip [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]. I was much better yesterday, and feel pretty good today.

Do you have a plan to get through tomorrow's party that addresses your issues about the first party?
