Thank you for being there and good for you treating yourself to chocolate. I dressed up, I'm going out to dinner with a friend who's H is out of town, and I'm going to steer clear of my H.
Yesterday, posting to you as well as talking to friends and relatives helped clarify things for me. I think Plan B is really my only alternative. Like you, I may have already waited too long. I can no longer tolerate the hurt when he avoids me, the abuse when he rages at me, or the feeling of being used when he spends time with me, says he loves me (even sometimes make love), and then expresses remorse about OW. I need to start getting my life back together, let him do his thing til he's done, and then see if anything's left worth salvaging. I may sound cynical, but I actually feel better, less confused.

Happy Valentines Day!!! Thankfully because of my counseling and Dr. visits to get "happy pills" H does not have much funds for OW. I am on Plan B so there will be nothing from me. Friends and Family have sent their love though. Today I felt love for the first time in a long time-it was towards my dogs - they are my valentines!!!

You too, Lora:
We gave our son a Scooby Doo valentine card, one of his favorite cartoons. I had a VERY hard time picking out a card with no romantic or sexual overtones, just general and humorous. Imagine: For my husband ![[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]](http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/images/icons/frown.gif)
My friend can't drive and he wanted to get a gift for his wife and have it ready before she returned to the house. His wife feeds 3 feral cats on the patio and he found a cat with a picture of a cat on it, then we went to a pet food store and got a huge cheap bag of cat food. He wrote a love note to her and taped it onto the bag right in the petfood store. Signed it from the cats.
They were both so happy, he for thinking of just the right gift, she when she walked in the door and found the gift. She was thrilled. And I warmed myself on their mutual love. They are each 80 years old.

------------------
Belle, Domestic Goddess

Happy Valentine's Day!
I spent mine working, but just before I left this morning I inserted a red rose and card through my wife's steering wheel just to remind her how much I care. Don't you know she never called to thank me or even acknowledge it?
Oh well, Plan B is right around the corner. I can't wait!
