Found out last night that H is planning on moving in with OW. Also, went to the post office and signed for my papers. Does anyone know how long the divorce process takes? He's trying to sue me for cruelty?? Whose having the affair?? Whose been in counseling and Plan Aing????? Whose been on MB since H walked out?? I can't believe he is being this way. All he packed was his toys-everything else is still here- i.e..his old underwear(before changing the type he wore), old t-shirts (only wears biker ones to impress OW) and all his other junk-why do I get to store his junk?? (Because I need his financial help) But he must impress OW!!! Thanks for listening to the vent...

{{{Trs}}}...
You'll need some "practical" help soon..
Martindale-Hubbell Lawyer Search
You will need to protect yourself legally (and/or financially)... I usually make the recommendation of finding a good attorney. A good place to start off is at the Martindale-Hubbell Lawyer Search site. Do a search within your county... look for only "family law" specialists(>80% in divorce/custody/etc.)... make sure they do a lot of "family law committee work"... if they know the judges all the better... You can normally find a few that will give initial counseling free of charge.
USLaw.com (an alternative search site)
In the mean time...
...you have my prayers...
[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
Jim
