Well, I Emailed WH and ask him to contact me if he wanted anything else from the house instead of going through the kids for stuff and sure enough he emailed for all the rest of his clothes and soft top for jeep and tools to put it on. I politely told him I would have it ready for him and he came and picked up today while no one was home. I suppose that that is a sure sign that he doesn't want to work things out and come home, ever. I have sensed that all along, I truly believe that this affair was an exit one, the only thing I don't get is why he won't file for divorce. I am anxious to see if he contacts me or the kids, now that he has everything he wants from here. Also payday is this Friday and it will tell me alot if he continues to give me money, he has been giving me less and less each payday. What do you guys think??

I think you can never tell until its over. When my H moved out he took everything of his. He wasted no time furnishing his apartment in comfort. Lived in it for 8 months, only talking to me the last 3. but he asked to move back and has been her e3 weeks and things are going great.
So dont trust a word he says. Give him his stuff, it doesnt mean anything. If you want your marrige, hang in there.
Lora

Thanks, Lora, my WH is so bizzare acting, he has all the characteristics of Bi Polar, really. I have had so many people tell me that they have seen him out eating, not with OW, with the guy he is living with, and they have gone up and confronted him and he gets big tears and says thanks. But he can't repent and talk to me and the kids, I just don't get it. This BABE (OW) is quite a case here, she has 3 kids all have different dads, she is ll years younger than my H and is well known for her sexual antics around town with many, many men. My H is the laughing stock in the police community since she has been arrested so many times that her rap sheet is as long as my arm. The saddest part is that I knew if I ever got a speeding ticket, he would have killed me, and look what he used to ruin his life for. Boy, men's brains drop low when it comes to sex!
I just really have given up and let God have all this mess, I know he is in control and has a purpose for it, but I hate that my H has totally ruined his life! Does you H talk about that part now?

SEF,
Hum he doesnt really talk about much. He did mention that the guys at work tell him he acts much happier now. He did say that it was a mistake.
I mean it, my H was like a totally different person. I think he was depressed too.
Lora

SEF,
There is no sure sign that he doesn't want to work on it. The WS mind is bizarre, and like Lora says, you can't tell until it is over. All the chatter and strange behavior do not mean that it is over. There are enough success stories here to prove that. It takes time.
SEF- If I were you I wouldnt necessarily conclude its completely over. I am about 3 mo past D-day and so far my H moved out for a month insisting he was divorcing me, consulted an attorney, looked at apts. moved back home to reconcile, 2 wks later insisted on divorce and filed on me. Then the next day he cancelled the divorce papers- said he still loved me and it would be the worst mistake of his life. Went to counseling for 2 wks then a few days ago AGAIN said he was filing and did I want the cheap divorce or the $$$lawyer kind? I talked to him for several hrs about what divorce would DO to our kids and our lives and told him I would want the whole $$$ kind since I dont believe in divorce in our case and wont agree that our marriage is over and beyond repair. He tossed and turned all night on the couch downstairs- he said he was 'reviewing his whole life,' then and in the morning changed his mind again back to reconciling. As yogi berra said, "It aint over till its OVER!!" lifeismessy
