Well...another fun day...
Last night Michael became ill while I was at work. So my friend called my H. Thankfully he picked him up and brought him home to sleep. So I was surprised to find them both here this morning, my daughter continued to stay at my friend's house. Anyway I had called his parents' house on my lunch break at 2:30am and his sis didn't know where he was, since I didn't know about Michael, I worried about it for the rest of the shift basically. Did get to the point I didn't care, but then came home to find he had actually been responsible! Shocked me a bit, could it be the fog is lifting? He had said before that he would watch the kids at his parents' house but now he won't do that. Although his mom had called here saying they would watch them if needed. This is strange, I'm trying to figure out behavior I can't figure out. It's driving me nuts.
Tonight Michael was still wavering on high fever off and on so I called off. I pray I didn't lose the new job for that, but Michael does need me tonight and no one to watch him with that fever going on. I called H to tell him I called off and about Michael still being sick. He got exasperated with me saying "I know you'll take care of him"??
I've been the only one taking care of him since he's been born basically.
He didn't seem worried at all that I might lose my job?
If I lose this job I'll be stuck back with him saying I'm still using him??
Arggggggggg
Thankfully my friend has decided to be my kids childcare while I'm on midnights now, something that my H secretly wanted since he did tell her that the woman his parents' was pushing for was a sl**...LOL....then why would my H agree to her(the sl**) watching the kids?
My friend was kinda angry that he would think of taking the kids there. Hmmmm, fogland must be nice. Wish I could live there, LOL...
Anyway, I'm pretty low tonight, after him acting so callous on the phone to me earlier over Mikey and calling off.
Sigh, am wondering if he's waking up yet??
Oh yeah, and today the land contract company sent us papers stating that the house will be financed and it's near closing!!
We didn't even know it was being done either, he seemed to be caught off guard by that. Just 2 days ago he was saying we would never get credit?? I'm praying that those loan papers smacked him more out of the fog he's in.
Oh even more, he got his ear pierced??? He's acting like midlife crisis...although he's only 28!!...LOL...
I'm the one turning 30 in 3 months, geez, he doesn't turn 30 for over year and half. But his saying that and doing the ear thing pretty much says "midlife crises" to me. How long should I wait for him to start realizing that his dreams he thought were hopeless are happening right in front of his eyes??
Maybe he'll never figure it out??
Maybe he is happier living with no money and with his parents??
at this point I really wonder....
someone please give me a reason not to consider divorce!! It is on my mind highly now...8 months is a long time to be being nice with no returns on it except heartbreak and anger....any replies would be high appreciated
Oh yeah almost forgot...he keeps switching pronouns on me!!
another contradicting thing...he'll keep saying "we" then switch it to "you" or "I"...when it comes to future events??
Such as..."We need another car"....then switching to "You need another car"....before it was "I need a car"...he does this with just about everything...it's driving me nuts...can someone please explain the pronoun switching?...is it a reason to hope??...if it is I'd really like to know....

I hope Michael is feeling better now.
The switching pronouns just seems like part of his confusion. No game plan, just living with his parents.
Given his MLC style changes, that stuff just sounds like it will last a finite time, and he'll wake up and smell the coffee.
I would not give up yet. 8 months seems like an eternity given what you have to put up with, but it isn't long in the grand scheme of these messes we encounter. I'd give it more time.
I don't have great advice, but just know that we are here and wish you the best, and continued strength to endure this. Take care of your son.
