Does anyone have an opinion of whether you should have sex with a wayward spouse while he/she is still having an affair? Granted there are risks fo STD's, etc.
My husband has expressed a desire to end the affair, but he still has not ended it. We have been separated for one month, but he has expressed a desire to try saving our marriage. He feels like he/we need counseling before he decides to end the affair.
WH and I had sex last night for the first time since he confessed his affair. It almost felt like a one-night stand with my own husband! I love this man more than anything, and I want to save our marriage. I also feel I have a responsibility to God to honor my marriage vows.
I have been doing the best job I can on Plan A for about 2-3 weeks (the first 2 weeks I was so overcome by grief and anger I couldn't think straight). Where do I go from here?

WLE:
You are on the right path.
Get the counseling, work on communication, etc. If you have not, read Surviving an Affair and His Needs, Her Needs (or vice versa ... always seem to forget the order ... you can order them from this site).
Feel free to use this forum: we are all here to help each other.
Godspeed,
STL

I have struggled with this 'sex' thing as well.
At first it was a 'take back what is mine' kind of thing. Then it was a 'F u' kind of thing. It moved to a very sad thing for me.
Be careful that you do not hurt yourself.
Cali
