WAT?
So your assumption is that only women are secretaries? Or is it that women are only secretaries?
I've had male secretaries before. They can be quite good actually. Some men can be taught to take messages.. Though I'm sure it not easy to teach them. (LOL).
Hey, you know, they have "Mavis Teaches Typing". Maybe I could come up with "Zorweb Teaches Men Message Taking"?

Gotta' give it to you, Dave, you sure know how to feed a fire [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com] Being a Baltimore gal, I read your post a bit differently than most, I guess. I was stuck on the Pabst beer being normal and I'm thinking......shoot, that's the brew that took my drinking virginity. It was normal back then because there weren't a whole lot of choices....at least not in my area. And, that's what my dad drank and he wasn't that bad of a guy...LOL!
Then I read the responses and knew that I missed something good.....hmmmmmm......I wandered back up to the "gag" and reread it 3X before I caught on. Normally, I'm not that slow but you caught me off guard mentioning Pabst. Okay, so men are a bit slow in the language department but seemingly wonderful at math. Therefore, I ask, "How many 12 oz. Pabst beers does it take to get an Essex girl drunk?"
------------------
Time heals all wounds as long as you DON'T pick at them!

[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com] [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
2. If men don't know to not touch the guest soap and towels, how would they know which font to use when typing memos or letters?
3. It's bad office etiquette to fart, and leave beer cans on the desk.
4. The boss would hate to get memos stuck together with duct tape instead of staples.
5. Clients coming to do business might be offended by the secretary peeing on the ficus tree in the corner.
[Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com] [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com]
[This message has been edited by Faith1 (edited August 13, 2001).]

I kinda like Pabst beer. This is going to ruin it for me.
Gee thanks Geezlouise, I was really focused on the beer part until you made me go back and read it again.
--Jeffers

G-Louise - yep, that's the way I remember Pabst.
I'll venture a guess that it takes a few more for an Essex girl, but still WAY less than a Dundalk girl. It may depend on how many jimmies she's had.
Z - my assumption was that most men I know - including me - would be lousy Secs. I can't handle that much organization in my life.
WAT

Jimmies are at their best when they're hot, seasoned with Old Bay and full of mustard (fat). The fat in the corners of the top shell is an old Essex aphrodisiac, ya' know?!
